“Great communication to help me pick a colour however I used the bleach wash and beige blonde as advised and now my hair is orange 😭 lucky I'm in isolation and no one can see it.”

Hi Brooklyn, unfortunately you didn't take our advice that you can only lighten your hair by 2 levels, and to contact one of our colourists if you want to do a bleach wash. You selected Capri 8.2 Beige Blonde which is much too light for your hair and when you lighten beyond 2 colour levels, unwanted warmth is revealed due to the naturally contributing pigment. “So far so good! I received my initial trial pack this week and applied my colour straight away. Colour is great (light ash brown) and hair feels great. The application method a little fiddly compared to previous L’Oréal colour from chemist but expect I’ll get used to it. The only reason I’ve not given it a 5 is because I don’t know how long the colour lasts yet - my biggest bug bear of previous colour treatment was it would fade within a couple weeks. Fingers crossed The Shade life’s the distance!”

“Easy to use, left my hair super shiny even though I probably had the product on way too long. The conditioner provided is fantastic and there’s enough for a couple washes, even for my waist length hair. The product is great, but so is the customer service. “First time user and absolutely couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. I ordered Copper Golden Blonde and put that over a faded light brown and it has turned into more of a beautiful auburn and has left my hair shiny and feeling amazing. I only have 1 issue and that’s I have quite thick hair and would like a extra option for more colour as well as the developer on top on the extra plan i already have.”

“Great product,easy to apply and it left my hair in great condition.I chose the shade Genoa,a neutral brown as I wanted my foiled hair to be all one colour again.The colour turned out darker than I wanted but I anticipated this happening and the colour lightened a little bit after a few washes and I also got use to the new colour,so I'm very happy,it looks like a professional colour and it is lasting really well,next time I'm going to try the bleach wash and then my shade to go a little lighter for the winter.I would highly recommend The shade”
