I’m finally a proper redhead again! After having kids my red hair faded a lot & I couldn’t get the shade I wanted just right. Now I have it thanks to you guys! It would feel great in my soul... if I had one... 😉 👩‍🦰 ❤️ xxx.

Absolutely amazing! I coloured my whole hair using shade ‘Chocolate Blonde.’ I previously had damaged bleach blonde hair but after using this my hair has felt so amazing and looks better than ever.

I chose this product for my husband who has found other products make him itch. Unfortunately this one, despite supposedly being free of nasties has proved no different leaving his scalp quite red raw. Looks like he'll just have to go grey naturally and like it!

Hi Janet, I'm sorry that the hair colour didn't work out for your husband. Our products is free from Ammonia, PPD, Parabens, Phthalates, and Gluten which are the main irritants. It seems your husband might have had a reaction to another ingredient in the colour. Did he perform a patch (allergy alert) test as per the instructions in the box?
My hair feels and looks so great! Found my colour and love the no smell/no itch, pro home colouring experience!

I have sensitive skin and I am so happy I have found a product with a great colour result and which did not bother my skin, which is amazing for me. Lovely soft hair, no smell, itch or drips. I'm very happy!

Love the colour, it’s also really easy to use and the Shade provide everything you need in the kit. It also smells great, so much better than other DIY hair colours. Even got compliments from my hairdresser!

The colour is excellent, and true to the images on the website, not brassy at all and I have a lot of red pigment in my hair naturally.

The gloss this product adds to the hair is outstanding! The deep conditioning properties make the hair more manageable as well. The colour is rich and glorious with not a grey hair in sight.

I was especially impressed that the kit had everything I needed. Feels like salon colour, looks like it, has stayed put in the hair, it didn’t irritate my sensitive scalp. My hair costs a lot to dye at the salon because it is so thick and long. This just saved me $100+.

Great items to help with home colouring (love the mat!). I've never used a brush before for home colouring and I can see how this will be very good for roots only application (I did full colour for my first time using this colour). Soft, shiny hair, really like the colour, no smell or itchiness - ideal for me and very convenient too.

I can be a difficult to please customer!! I don't shop a lot, but I like value for money and products that work for me. I can't stand spending hours in a salon or the smell of regular hair colour and I have sensitive skin, so there's not many options for me! I really like this product - it works, looks lovely, is super convenient and I have asked some daft questions and got loads of help - I am happy!!

Gorgeous colour! I got individual help with my colour choice as my hair is damaged and the colourist helped me with a colour choice which really works for me to correct colour I didn't like and also she gave me great advice to help with my hair health and condition (which is part of my colour problem). Very happy.

Product has a pleasant odour, covers well and is colour is even. The colour was way darker than selected however and despite selecting “golden brown” my hair is almost black which is very disappointing

This hair dye left my hair very dry. Also the colour turned brassy after 2 washes and I use SLS, etc free shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately won’t be continuing with my subscription.

Shabby shabby customer service. After proving allergic to this product I emailed asking for help in cancelling my subscription. Got no reply. Shade takes more money and sends me a product that I have already advised I am allergic to. But apparently it is all my fault and they will keep the money all the same. These people are dishonest and arrogant. I am still fighting. Keep away.

Dear Jane, sorry to hear that you experienced an allergic to our product. We do advise a patch or sensitivity test for this reason - there are quite a few different ingredients in the colour products, and whilst our colour is free of ammonia and PPD, there may be another ingredient in our colour which you are sensitive too. We did reply within 12 hours to your initial email. Sorry if we missed the mark. Wishing you the best.
COlourist helped me cover my balayage. Now I can keep colouring at home, and stay away from the salon. Beautiful colour, no itch. Can't wait for my next delivery!
