“From placing the order,to setting up the devices I received total professionalism from the helpful and friendly staff.Linked to this is the quality and good value for money re the two Thea solar lights on display in my back garden.The extra discount offered at the time of ordering was an unexpected bonus Next day delivery by DPD was on time,and good to see the sturdy packaging. “Can't praise this company enough, sent email to say my security light had developed a fault, the reply was we will put a new one in post. I don't think I've ever had that sort of reply from a company before. Definitely 5 star. Kind regards. W. Harris”

“All my dealings with this company over purchase of two lots of motion sensor garden post solar lights were pleasant and they were very cooperative. But what impresses me most, is that after about two years' use, during the freeze and heavy snow in December and despite their solar panels being covered for several days by at least one inch of snow, all lights continued to function! Brilliant product.”

“Ordered quite a lot of solar garden lioghts over the past 3 or 4 years - all work great but we had one problem recently with some lanterns; however, t=customer care was extremely helpful and all resolved now!”

“I returned an order after I found out after arrival it was not suitable for the purpose in mind. The item was well packaged and delivered promptly and return dealt with pleasantly and quickly. “We were not at home when the courier tried to deliver my Truro solar light and it was returned to the Solar Centre. After a couple of e.mails and tracking down my order, a replacement was speedily posted out to me. Great service, thank you, Eric B.”

“I have bought quite a few things from this company over the last few years and like their products and their after sales service. They have swiftly dealt with any problems and appear to always put the customer first. My latest purchase was the advanced smart outdoor lights I put up outside for Xmas. Looked very good and my granddaughter loved setting the light modes. They did develop a slight problem and the Solar Centre dealt with it promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Would recommend.”

“I wouldn't buy anywhere else - I've been buying solar lights from the Solar Centre for years as I know that their products last years (as opposed to the products I've bought from B&Q and Homebase which stop working after months). Their products are great quality and last long. Recently, I had an issue with an order and they were super-fast to rectify it. Great customer service.”

“Ordered a number of items with one item awaiting stock. I had no problem with waiting for this item but after a while and no delivery I emailed the company and was told the item was delivered with the original order. I then had to prove from their own web site and emails from them that the item had not been delivered. I then was emailed back and told “I have looked into this and I do apologise I can confirm the post for the albany light has now been discontinued”. I then ordered some further items with two being delivered and one again awaiting stock. I am now going through the same rigmarole as before. It is such a shame as the products are really good but the customer service team are fobbing customers off without properly checking.”

“Many thanks to the Solar Centre for our superb lights. I got them last year and they twinkled away beautifully over the Christmas period. So easy to set up, simple to charge, and the solar panel sensor means they only use battery power when it's dark. Genius. When I got the lights out this year, they didn't work. All it took was an email to the Solar Centre, a reply with easy-to-follow instructions which helped us to work out the fault was with the lights rather than the battery, and a replacement string of lights was with me in a few days. Absolutely first class service. Thanks Solar Centre!”
