“Worst company and team I have encountered with. They have failed to refund my order for more than a week. Everytime I call the customer care centre, I'm told that the refund will be issued within a day but no progress for a week.”

“Where is my refund ... Where is my money??????? What kind of a service this is and I have all your emails written about me getting the refund today and you also confirmed on your last emails that the item is received back, but I have not got my money at all. You souled store are a cheat and just take money frm customers but do not deliver nor refund back. Check your homepage and social media. I have already posted this few minutes ago and now I am sending all of this on YouTube and then lodging and FIR as I have all proofs Santosh Narottam So not buy as this is a fraud clothing co. They take ur money and do not deliver and then take the item back but you never get your money back. I am lodging a FIR now and have already posted their fake promises and emails sent with screenshots on FB, insta, and now sending all on you tube.”

“This app is incredibly frustrating when it comes to canceling orders. It seems they have no regard for customer concerns or needs. The cancellation process is convoluted and poorly designed, making it nearly impossible to manage your orders effectively. Even after following all the steps, there's no guarantee your request will be processed in a timely manner, if at all. Customer support is unhelpful and dismissive, showing little interest in resolving issues. Overall, it's a frustrating experience that leaves you feeling ignored and undervalued.”
