“I bought special edition cotton canbee beetronics pedal and it came with damage to the main knob and they gave me a 15 dollar discount or choice to return it and I decided to keep it since it still played well. They were quick to respond and always super helpful and friendly. Good experience.”

Thank you for the contacting us regarding the knob discoloration. In this case, looks to be a result of the manufacturing process and some missed QC. As discussed we are glad to send a replacement knob, send a replacement pedal or issue a credit towards the b-stock knob condition. In this case you selected the b-stock credit option. “Easily my favorite music gear shop, although [intentionally] not a one-size-fits-all shop. My favorite record shops have always been the smaller ones (sure, maybe they don't have Rumours) that are very, very well curated, and TSP feels very similar. I happened to live in Easton for a brief stint–walkable from the shop–and I've now moved further away, but still get items shipped online. If you can make the trip, the showroom is fantastic, and the team is super helpful. If you want to talk about gear, they're there for it, but if you want to just try out some niche pedals with headphones, it's typically a quiet experience very unlike big box gear stores. I believe most of their volume is online sales, so unsurprisingly when I've ordered things after moving, everything arrives just as quickly as the big boys. Great experiences online and off.”
