In regards to the colosseum pedal. The outside of the box seemed crushed in sections. Also after opening the box, on the underside of the top had indentations of the pedal as if it had been under an amount of pressure. Also I here is a video of the switching issues I had mostly on the blues breaker side of the pedal.

UPDATE: Glad to see USPS delivered the order on January 4 at 2:07pm. Seems USPS is catching up on the service disruptions experienced during December 2020 and transit times are beginning to return to normal nationally.

USPS process is PITA. Would buy, and resell on reverb instead of using the service

As a protection to both the customer and the equipment itself, signature confirmation is required on all rental orders. This is outlined in our FAQs: https://thesoundparcel.co/pages/faq. To ensure a signer will be available, some customers choose to have rentals shipped to their place of employment. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, mail carriers are typically great at leaving a door tag and arranging redelivery.
