“A beautiful leather collar made exactly how I requested (with brass nameplate and phone number) and the other usual brass fittings, with a nice brand stamp at the end, arrived in a very smart pouch for my pooch. She's a large dog and after a couple of emails confirming that I could get a larger collar than the sizes offered, I proceeded with the order. I'm very pleased that I did. This is a good quality product, and my Otterhound is looking very good in it (even if the poor darling has recently had an operation so she's missing some fur.)”

“Wonderful. I was so touched by the responsiveness and kindness shown to meet my request for a photo of my late Yorkshire Terrier to be engraved on name tags for my new family members. The service was excellent, efficient and fast. My new name tags were delivered exactly when they said they would be. Can'r recommend this company highly enough. 10/10 for both quality of product and customer care. Thank you so much.”

“The collar I ordered for my chihuahua took a while to arrive but it was well worth the wait! It was beautiful & lightweight just as I wanted. One that she won’t even know she’s wearing most the time! Just perfect, thank you.”
