“Really happy with the excellent customer service of the order. Chris gave very helpful advice on the phone about colour sizing (which worked out perfectly) and then later about leather care of lead and collar. The collar and lead were a nice colour (khaki) and the quality is very good. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely buy again.”

“Ordered a tag for my dogs collar on 11th May and still waiting. Received an email on 15th saying dispatched but Royal Mail tracking shows they still haven’t received it. Emailed customer services yesterday, still waiting on a resolution. First time ordering with The Stately Hound but unlikely to again based on this experience.”

“I have ordered a dog tag and the work is brilliant, the QR code in the back works very well. The only thing is that when you upload the photo it will not be straight but rotated 90˚ left, but for the rest is brilliant and a quick delivery.”

“The dog tag I purchased is as described, 5*. But I live in the Republic of Ireland and your postage rates to R O I are extortionate. Having the good fortune to have access to a English address was the only reason I purchased this item. The postage cost alone to Ireland was more than I paid for the item. So for this reason 2*.”

“Great service! We first ordered from TSH back in 2022. Our doggy lost her name tag recently and we had to order a replacement. The quality of the newer version of these tags seems to be less than our previous name tag but still does the job!”
