“Hi, I’m leaving a review because I’ve been waiting a week for SH to sort an issue from my order, I’ve had to chase them and they’ve sent me a reply dragging it out even more. My tag arrived very scratched (my phone number is not clear to read) and I send a photo and email showing this asking for another to be sent or a refund. After a week of waiting and then chasing again they replied asking me if what I’ve said and shown are a lot of scratches are in fact ‘fluff’?! So disappointed and insulted to be honest at this email reply. I had said I would wait to write a negative reply but very poor customer service. I will see what they reply to next time but in the mean time I’ve moved house and my dog is without a tag still although I ordered far in advance. Would not recommend the quality of the product or the terrible and rude customer service. I expect a new and legible tag to be sent or a refund but it’s a very long process and who knows if I’ll get either. Probably time and money wasted here.”

Our emails did include our contact number, so you could have reached out directly for urgent assistance. As mentioned in our previous messages, after reviewing the photos, we believed the marks were tiny fibers from the polishing cloth rather than hairline scratches. “I ordered 2 tags for my little dog (one a duplicate) in the Scandi Fox Design, Silver Stainless Steel. They arrived promptly and he looks very smart wearing one of them on one of his collars. The only criticism is that attaching the tag to the rings and the rings to his collar is very fiddly, but otherwise I am very pleaased.”

“Excellent service. Checked the information to be put on my dogs tag and submitted. Contacted by TSH to say to many numbers in mobile number and could they change some things so they could use larger font. Was surprised at that level of service as some other places just wouldn't do that. Good quality brass tag with rings to affix which are hard to put on but means they are not going to come off easily. Quality product at a nice price. Dog tag goes nice with stately hound collar bought previously, which was also a good quality product and looks good on my dog.”

“After our two Boxers were constantly breaking the linkage and loosing their name tags, we decided to change brands. So glad we did! These tags are thicker, better quality printing and hopefully more robust for our bouncy Boxers!”

“My dog recently passed away and I saw that they could engrave a picture on tags. I have never done anything like this before so really didn’t know what to expect. The process was really straightforward and the hardest part was finding the right picture. Well I can honestly say I am so pleased with how it looks and is a lovely little keepsake to treasure. At £9.99, our tags are designed to offer both high-quality detailing and durable materials, providing excellent value for their price. As discussed in our email exchanges, it is expected that metals, including brass, can develop salt deposits or tarnishing when exposed to water. This is a natural reaction. For dogs that love to swim, we understand that their tags are frequently exposed to water. The good news is that brass can be easily restored to its original luster. While a jewelry polishing cloth works well, there are also other simple methods you can use: Lemon and Baking Soda: Make a paste using lemon juice and baking soda. Apply it to the tag, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Vinegar and Salt: Mix equal parts vinegar and salt. Rub the mixture onto the brass, then rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Commercial Brass Cleaner: Use a commercial brass cleaner available at most hardware stores.
