“I had to contact The Stately Hound to discuss an order I placed because I had specific instructions, the communication was excellent, the product arrived ahead of the expected date and is of excellent quality, I absolutely love the dog tag! “Cannot recommend The Stately Hound enough. We had to get the wording of our dog tag changed, they did this for us and Chris even messaged me on Whatsapp to show me the mock-up of the tag to ensure it was correct and posted it out that day. Thanks so much, will definitely shop here again.”

“The quality of the products are out of this world! We are so happy with every single one of our purchases and will without a doubt be back for more! We had a teeny tiny issue with our order and I called in and the issue was resolved immediately! Overall, excellent products and amazing and friendly customer service! “The metal hook is too big and heave. It does not have room on the collars s ring. the ring on the collar is too small Hopefully you may fix it !”
