“Tank and pump arrived in good time and within stated delivery. Kept up to date via text and email. However when we came to install the tank & pump the installer noticed that the float switch float had snapped on the pump prior to delivery as no sign of it in the packaging. (Also it was strange that the pump had been delivered on the outside of the tank rather than being more protected on the inside??) We contacted The Tank Shop and a lady called Julie was ever so helpful. With her help we sent photos and it was arranged for a replacement pump to be sent out - this was received promptly and all working perfectly now. Thank you!”
