“Very happy with the service from The Tech Geeks in supplying this Ubiquiti device. Unfortunately Ubiquiti let the side down this time and the device was in a boot loop updating firmware, at least the online ubiquiti forums came good with a solution. Would hate for someone without technical skills to try and solve this one, would have been a RMA for sure.”

“All good, love the email reponse after online order placed. It is signed by a human ie Esther so gives me a good feeling that you guys are on to it ! If Esther is a robot, good work on the AI intergration if Esther is not a robot thnaks for being Human ! Good service on the chat line but still cant work out how Paul seems to do everything ?
