“I was weary at first when I purchased from Tech Geeks as I usually purchase from other competitors and this company is not that well known to me. But they had a product no one else had so I made the purchase and was pleasantly surprised to see it was shipped out that day and I got in a few days later. I'm very happy with the purchase, with Tech Geeks and will be purchasing from them again in the future.”

Thanks so much for your honest review. I have looked your order. I can see we charged you $15 for standard shipping but sent it to you on Priorty at no extra charge. Unfortunately, shipping actually costs us more than we charge, so I'm sorry you felt it was high. I am also not sure about the less-than-obvious inclusion of GST, as we clearly show both prices on our website. Thank you for your purchase and I am pleased we were able to ship to you in April a product that was not available from any other Australian supplier at that time.

“First time buyer with The Tech Geeks. I would give 6 stars if I could. Excellent communications and service. Their YouTube videos (with some hints and tips) were awesome and helped me with my purchase and setup of a Ubiquiti cloud ultra gateway. Couldn’t recommend any higher. I’ll be back.”

“Hey guys I initially found these guys on Facebook, we purchased Starlink for our farm property but wanted the interent to cover the home block buildings, with 2 x homes, 2 x sheds, 1 x Accommodation Block and Dry Mess. I reached out to Tech Geeks via messenger, they wanted to know what I was looking for, I then sent a "Google Map" of our property with the areas I needed covered, within 24hrs they had sent a quote with all equipment that was needed, attached were plans of their recommendation plan for connectivity, with Videos, detailed pictures of what needed to be connected where. Honestly guys, just your one-stop-shop to have your Starlink connected throughout your property. We did have initial hiccup with our connection "through us not reading instructions correctly" 😂, but I reached out to them lastnight and first thing this morning we had Jarred running alongside us correctlng and getting us online. Guys if you have a little property to big farm/workshop/industrial/minesite area needing internet with your Starlink, hook these guys up, they will have all that is needed to get you connected. By the way, we are in WA and our equipment package was delivered from Queensland within the week. Thanks so much guys, awesome service!!! Frog & Deb”

“I got sent a faulty item. The return and replacement process should be smooth. You are the people I purchased from not your warehousing company. I deal with you and not further. What happens between you and your supplier is yours to deal with. Even though I feel for you...please send the replacement out and don't procrestinate further. Kind Regards Ilja 🎻”
