“I have to say that these guys well exceeded our every expectation throughout all our dealings with them. We have only recently moved into the Ubiquti product space [and TTG], which was actually driven from two sides - our customers and, our peers. The knowledge and attention to detail shared with us from tech sales [Gio], through to followup [Paul] and accounts [Anne] was exceptional and provided us with a level of comfort and confidence sought by many when venturing into 'new waters'. An oder was mis-selected [our fault] and a fix and replacement was organised almost before we could blink, with no additional costs - incl interstate shipping (we're based in Melbourne). Thanks again for that! One small thing we'd like to see is 'one-to-one email correspondence', rather than the 'info@ttg'. We understand why it is used but would prefer the confidence in knowing that we are having a direct conversation. Having said that, so far :-) there hasn't been any issue. Thanks a heap guys! “As someone who does not consider themselves “tech savvy” - purchasing networking gear for business use was quite a daunting task. After contacting what feels like ALL of the NSW based networking stores, I was not confident in going ahead with any of their suggestions for a variety of reasons. So I reached out to stores interstate. Upon receiving Paul’s first response to my enquiry I immediately felt more at ease. Paul was quick to respond and answered the many annoying questions I had without making me feel like a burden. He also provided such informative videos that by the time I received my products I was confident that they would work as intended (which they did!) I couldn’t recommend Paul and the team at the Tech Geeks highly enough. The amount of stress taken off of me, knowing that very essential part of our business was taken care of, was invaluable. I’m so incredibly thankful for their help and will continue to purchase from them in the future. TL;DR - Paul and The Tech Geeks team are awesome, five stars isn’t enough :)”

“First time buyer and I am very satisfied. Ordered the new Ubiquiti G5 Turrets which aren't available anywhere else yet and The Tech Geeks are getting these in quite quickly. Their service is great but using Aramex for shipping is very slow. Overall a great experience.”
