“Walked into TCW feeling a little overwhelmed as have not been to a car sales place on my own before and was not sure i would be approved for finance but my experience was smooth and easy. The sale person was helpful and gave me time to look around without pushing at me too much. They managed to get me affordable finance and everything went smooth from start to finish.”

“Since we came into the branch we had a perfect first impression. Not only did Sara match my expectations but exceeded them. Mark Williams wasn't pushy with the sales but gave us the correct direction and finance heads up. Thanks for the excellent service. Please can we plod along and go the extra mile.
