“The showroom is clean and there are sanitisation stations all over which is great! The process was easy to follow. Best of all, dealt with Connor who was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Wasn't pushy or overselling or anything like that at all. He was always able to give more information when needed! Honestly wouldn't have bought the car if not for Connor, he was so helpful and it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable! He's definitely a credit to TCW as a whole!”

“I came in to trade centre wales to upgrade my car and was greeted by Nathan a new employee, Nathan was professional and willing to find the right car for me. Ross and Ben were also very helpful, after a few hiccups we got there and I drove away with my new car. Thank you Trade centre wales”

“As soon as I arrived I was met by Luke a salesman and he was very polite. He put me at ease and asked me what I was looking for. From there on I met numerous staff members including Gavin the main boss. I was given some good advice and the staff seemed very happy in their work even in this time of Covid.”
