“Friendly staff, very efficient and plenty of people to help. Great with information and the purchase was quick and easy. The upselling of extra insurance which is super expensive was a bit much though”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but I had an excellent experience at Trade Centre Wakes in Neath, so feel that I should share it. I got a good deal on a really nice car, and the customer service was excellent from all the staff I dealt with. I’ll definitely go there again and I’ve have no hesitation in recommending them to people.”

“From start to finish the people there were lovely. From Steve the sales guy to Mitchell who talked me through all the checks, tax, V5C certificate etc. Cannot recommend enough - I didn't feel pushed to buy at all and the cars were well-priced”

“From beginning to end our whole experience was fantastic. Mark our salesman was great, very knowledgeable and yet not pushy. We then saw Richard who completed the paperwork, he was equally as helpful. Every step of the way we were asked if we were happy, and we were. Thanks Trade Centre Wales (Neath) 👍.”

“Another new car from Trade Centre Wales making 7 in total As always the team have been amazing looking after us and ensuring the car we bought was suitable for our needs. Sales manager Gavin was outstanding as usual along with Andy the sales rep No plans to change the car in the near future but would definitely not hesitate in returning if I change my mind Fab car fab team and fab service”
