“Very good stock of cars. Salesman Andy Doe was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. Business administrator was likewise helpful, friendly and efficient, sorting all the details out very quickly.”

“Seen a few bad reviews about staff being pushy etc so was abit worried about coming but was a great experience, got welcomed at the door, got left alone to have a look around and then mark helped us find the right car for myself and family, good experience all in all and drove away not long after in my new car :)”

“All went well with purchase car is fine two marks on body work were mentioned at purchase but were not fix on collection otherwise all ok. One further comment why is it so hard to contact anybody on the phone, three times today I have been ringing first time I was on hold for about 26 minutes, second time for over 15 minutes, was promised a ring back but had none, the last time the lady was very helpful and gave me the information in a few minutes, (Well done). Altogether though everything is fine. Many thanks TP.”

“Very professional but can tell they are worked on the amount of cars they sell, as when you walk in your instantly approached and almost followed around the place, you start with one sales person then in turns into 2 sales person(‘this is my manager’), which becomes overwhelming and very pushy to purchase a car. Throwing figures and numbers around to confuse you which most of the time didn’t make sense or tally up. Although I am happy with the car it is a very pushy and pressured environment to be in when looking for a car.”

“I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Trade Center Wales, 1 more than 9 years ago. Friendly staff, very helpful. Process was quick and painless. The advisor was professional and quickly got us to the car of choice. Happy with the car, had it for a few days now, I would recommend to friends and family”

“Great staff, very friendly, didnt feel at all pressurised. Premises are absolutely spotlessly clean. Not as many automatic vehicles to choose from as I would have liked (probably about 10, not counting premium cars) but pleased with the vehicle I bought. Need to do away with the “Drive Away in an Hour” slogan. I walked in to the showroom at 12pm, didn’t leave until 1730. Thats a long time to be waiting.”
