“Great service by all at the Neath branch today, especially the salesman Matthew Chapman he was great he even picked us up from the train station. The other members of staff were great also Daniel Pierschski, Julian Jones and Sam Chapman - Great team!!”

“Great Service at TCW Neath thanks Tristan Edwards, Sara Meissner and Sam Chapman. The service has improved massively since i bought my vehicle from here 4 years ago salesman did not promise anything that could not be achieved and staff were transparent and honest at all times.”

“trade centre were very helpful in helping me part ex my car for a bigger model. the staff were very friendly and patient with me and my young son walking around looking at all the cars and helping me to find the best deals. i am a returning customer. i have never had a problem with how the staff treat me and the customer service level here. would recommend to anyone.”

“The service that I received today in Trade Centre Wales has been exceptional. From the moment I walked in through the door I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner by Ben. Nothing was too much trouble and he put so much time and effort into finding the right car for me. Sean then went through the financial element of the purchase and warranty options and again was so professional and friendly. He made sure I fully understood every element of the purchase and cover before passing me through to Julian. Again I was given the same excellent level of service, everything was explained clearly to me in order to ensure I was happy. I haven't experienced such an exceptional level of customer service at any time in the past and cant recommend Trade Centre Wales highly enough.”
