"Bad design, flimsy and VERY badly made.\r\nThey call it 'heavy duty'.\r\nWalsall Wheelbarrows = Badly designed and badly made = UNUSABLE.\r\nBought this in 2020. When assembling noticed that frame tube one side was longer than the other and frame very narrow.\r\nWhen fully assembled everything was out of line.\r\nThe handles were at ridiculous angles. Could not be our fault as all bolt holes fitted.\r\nTried using it but unless contents were centrally placed it fell over.\r\nSo - handles at completely different angles and very flexible, wants to fall over, all feels cheep and flexible and legs so close together you cannot avoid kicking them!\r\nWe breed miniature horses and use barrows for collecting manure from the paddocks - hardly heavy duty work!\r\nWe have been doing this for 40 years and this is the WORST and weakest wheelbarrow we have ever had.\r\nWe politely emailed the manufacturer to make them aware of the problems not only in design but also manufacture.\r\nThey did not want to know, only replying when prompted - in an arrogant, defensive and quite aggressive manner.\r\nThey suggested we buy a different barrow from them - NO help with the useless one we already bought!\r\nWe sent them photos (AVAILABLE ON REQUEST) showing just how bad this thing is - COMPLETELY IGNORED.\r\nThis product is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.\r\nThe Walsall Wheelbarrow company has NO customer service or manners, they do not give a damn whether the product is any good or have any kind of quality control. Anyone who buys their products is on their own and lumbered.\r\nWe really wanted to be using British made barrows, but if this is anything to go by they are rubbish, this one just sits in the hay barn gathering dust. SAD."
