“A few days ago at the warehouse in pukekohe An amazing young lady named jasmine I think her name was, she had found my wallet in the toy isle and it had alot of money plus a few items I valued that was in it, she took it upon herself to find the owner she told me she searched the store to find the owner before she was going to hand it in. She found me in tears and was so lovely to me she even helped me shop for my children. What lovely manners she had to. I tried to offer her a $20 bill to say thank you but she refused. Thank you jasmine you saved me and made my day!”

“Denise @ The Ware house Wanganui is brilliant. I needed to buy 330 xmas crackers & she helped me sort them, box them & take 2 trolly loads to my car this afternoon. Keep her on for sure. Barracks Sports Bar Wanganui”

“Tracy at the Warehouse South City, Christchurch, went out of her way to help us. A very helpful, multi-tasking woman. She even took the goods to checkout for us. Very much an all-for-the-customer person. Thank you Tracy!”

“Love shopping at the warehouse !! I’m becoming a regular online customer😂 Website so easy to use. Click and collect is ready within 2 days. I had a problem with my stroller I had bought. The manager at Auckland Airport warehouse replaced the parts straight away no questions asked. Even offered to replace the entire stroller but that was not needed. Baby loves her new pram”

“You guys are awesome! I wanted to send something to my aunty during this extraordinary lock down period. She is going through some personal issues at the moment. And just wanted to give her something to comfort her. Being in Australia made it impossible to drop anything off at the door. But through the online services The Warehouse provides I was able to :) and super fast delivery too! I placed my order on Tuesday she started receiving items yesterday! Within 48hours of my initial order placement! Very efficient! Not used to it TBH. I have been in Australia over 25 years and can not remember having any deliveries that fast. Love it! Thank you soo much guys! Love your work! Stay safe NZ xx”

“we went to two branches of w-hse looking for out door lounge suits. the suites were still in boxes. no demo model. stacie william @ alex from lower hutt branch put the kit together so we could see what we were buying. excellent servise @ ahappy customer. thank you g. brockie”

“Wrote a review yesterday. Spoke to the owner about my concerns and he said I could return couch (on a no-return policy). Very pleasant to deal with, very understanding. Not happy that this misunderstanding happened, but based on the great customer service, I would definitely give them another go.”

“I love the great service and the extra help the staff @Te Kuiti The Warehouse consistently give me...as an older person they help me with larger items and are quick to find answers to my enquiries...especially would like to thank Christina(Chrissy) and Janet and Ellen who greatly assisted me today . The staff are what makes me go back as often as I do- always a pleasurable shopping experience.”
