Went to The Warehouse in Sylvia Park today at about 1:00 pm. Wanted to buy a Warehouse gift card for a friend. None of the normal checkouts were open, so I went to the self checkout section where there was a young male on duty. I stood around waiting for him to finish activating some form of credit card while he ignored me. Eventually I said, “Am I going to stand here for a hundred years until you help me?” He replied, “You’re welcome to stand there.” I promptly discarded the other goods I was going to buy, on the counter and walked out. Extremely rude!! I will buy a gift card for my friend somewhere else and I will never shop at The Warehouse again. Appalling bad manners and service!

Still waiting for an order online for delivery. 4-6 business days for delivery is too long . It would have been quicker getting it shipped from Australia. Never again . The birthday has been missed .Fish Pond here I come .

I ordered some paper plates on Thu, 9 Feb, 22:43 and received an email the next morning my click and collect could be pickup after 6pm Fri , 10 Feb this is a joke I am still waiting Tue , 14 Feb what makes the situation worse is I ordered items from Pak and Save click and collect on the same date as well as a click and collect from PB Tech and I collected both orders on Feb , 10 Manukau Warehouse has become a joke this is proof that whom ever is managing this store is not capable of doing their job this is not the first time I have had an issue with this store if I could give it an negative -5 I would what a pathetic place to shop beware anyone buying from this monkey run outfit mind you a bunch of chimpanzees could probably do a better job I used to work in waehousing and if I had been this useless filling orders I would have been FIRED product image Party Inc Paper Dinner Plates 23cm White 40 Pack Qty: 5 Item No: R2803560 Pickup tomorrow after 6pm

Every time I shop in Warehouse Te Awamutu there are never enough tills open . Please seriously consider getting self service tills. Frustrating trying to pay for something especially when I see 2-3 staff yapping in the back of the store ..

Theres a lady at HAWERA Warehouse and she is arrogant and rude not only over the phone but in person too. My husband has rang Hawera Warehouse and received this person on the phone a few times and dealt with her in store many times. Her manner is rude and arrogant towards him and she definitly does NOT like tending to customer needs and requirements. She treats him with disgust every time. She may think twice when i am with him next time because i will not stand for this treatment. Put the shoe on the other foot… how would she like to be treated badly each time we seen her. She needs to be rid of. We are all human and respect to customers is a key factor in service. If its difficult for her maybe she shouldnt be around customers or deserve a job. She even had the cheek to ask him if he had covid because he was wearing a mask. Then that wasnt enough, she asked why he was wearing a mask? Its not a crime to wear a mask and is the persons own choice wether they do or dont wear a mask! A mask was used to keep him safe and others if u must know. Your disrespect doesnt go unnoticed and if you read this you know who you are. If you treat my husband in this manner again a complaint further up the chain will be made.

The customer service of this company is the worst ive ever known. I ordered a jumper and the day it was due to arrive the local courier rang and explained the van had been stolen along with all the contents ,this included my parcel snd neighbours parcels. My neighbours were soon refunded or supplied a replacement by other companies but not warehouse. I supplied them with the incident number given by the courier and clearly explained what had happened and asked them to contact evri to confirm, even supplying them with the phone number. Ive now sent dozens of emails which i usually get an automated response then 24 hours later i get a reply saying i need to give courier another 48 hours to allow delivery. Ive explained and explained that delivery isnt going to happen unless the thief reforms himself and delivers it...i stand more chance of santa coming down my chimney with the parcel!!!. They are now asking me to wait 5 days to see if it arrives...i honestly cant believe it. Ive asked for details to escalate as there is no contact number but i think they are just messing around now. furious is an under estimate. They seem to never read emails properly and fail to address customer issue or have policies in place to escalate unsatisfactory customer service

The service I have received from The Warehouse has been shocking (apart from one salesperson from the Hamilton City branch). I have had problems for several weeks now accessing the Market Ap for the discounts. I have been a member for over a year, but it still says that it is being set up. I have made 2 complaints with no response. I had a rude salesperson at the Base Warehouse. As someone who has worked in retail - the customer service is unacceptable. I had a missed call from the Warehouse Stationery, I rang back several times, but no one ever answered the phone. They never rang back. I wrote on the Warehouse Facebook page and after some backwards and forwards was told that the account was 'pending' and would be active in 24 to 48 hours. That was almost 4 days ago I wrote again and was told that it had gone to the Tech Team, I have heard nothing for almost 2 days. I am really annoyed; it should not be taking this long to sort out. I use other companies' apps with no problems at all. If this is not fixed by the 1st of December (Christmas Club Day) I will have no option but to close my Christmas Club and accounts with The Warehouse and the Market Club. K-mart has much better customer service.

i understand that in your Christmas ad, the little girl is being kind to the toy soldier, knocked over and abandoned in the rain, but Mr. Putin would LOVE the final result -- the angel, symbol of peace and love, tumbled off and replaced by the delighted soldier. Sadly, that may reflect the state of the world these days but it's hardly the message of Christmas

Terrible experience the market club app is a total scam discounts ate ment to be applied automatically never happened was a complete drama and a waste of my time and if you spend over a hundred dollars you get $10 off also never happened . SCAM BEWARE!!

The warehouse are using face recognition cameras placed on the walls You would not know they are cameras I see online they stated they weren't other comments said they were Noel leeming and the warehouse plus other stores they have. They are shocking/lack the ability to sort out issues. The reviews on these stores say it all.. They hide away behind their gates. Untrained staff at noel leeming they stand and chat on their cell phone or each other instead of helping customers. Tech services is appalling they don't know what they are doing. Hope the commerce commission and others alike keep on monitoring them and slap them with fines. Such a good service

First of all, whenever it says in stock or limited stock so I go there it is never there. Second, even if u dont use the makeup you dont get a refund. Do something about the first one

Failure to answer the phone. When someone answered the person see he would go and ask some one the phone then reverted back and nobody answered. Your staff lack courtesy, knowledge and how to deal with the public. In a word the service was abysmal.

Shocking customer service in Palmerston North Branch. I waited 10minutes after asking for assistance and no one came. Looked around for staff and only found one who said they couldn't help me. Had to ask at the front again and then wait for some to come assist.

Hi, I missed a call from 09 489 7000 and called back to know what it's for. I didn't appreciate the tone of the lady's voice from your reception so I hang up immediately. She did tell me there was no way for her to know who called from the main number, which I completely understand, but the tone of her voice was very stern and demeaning, I had to cut the call short and hang up. I only just returned a call! There is definitely a better way of saying things. She sounded like she's not happy with her job at all. Maybe spend more time training your staff about proper customer service.

The online shopping service is bad never again shopping online they ship your stuff individually or partly it's really annoying don't know why it's hard to send it all at once the delivery sucks it doesn't come when expected

I find the staff in this shop unfriendly and lacking in customer service. We were looking for a product instore today but couldn't see it on the shelf. The staff for that area acted as if it was a huge drama to actually show me rather than wave her arm saying "it's over there". The store is a cheap store with cheap staff who clearly don't want to be there. Most disappointed!!!!!

I bought this bike about a month ago from Northland Wearhouse. The bike was pretty good. I'm not a bike person but I actually liked the bike but the service was really bad, so I had to refund the bike. I left my bike to the service at Northland Warehouse, actually I could have just turned the screw of Derailleur but I was trying to move Derailleur itself so anyway I took it back. I left my bike key with the bike. I didn't think anybody at the warehouse would steel it. A girl dealt with me lost my bike key, did not even say sorry just saying “key wasn’t there” I said am I lying then? Talked me like I am lying, did not listen to me at all. They did not even try to find it. And the girl said she took a picture of the bike but did not even show me just refund me. I said what about assembly fee she said “we are not gonna refund you $19 Assembly fee” So I just give $19 to warehouse for nothing and lost $22 new key for doing service at Northland Warehouse. Really no apologize Very bad attitude And the bike had black stain all over the bike after the service. When you do the service at Warehouse Northland be careful. I'm not going back there again see my picture bike with the key. Will pay little more for the bike.

Purchased a handbag. Broke due to manufacturing fault after 2.5 months. Because it was outside their 60 day policy the staff and manager wouldn’t refund. However this is in breach of the consumer guarantees act which states an item should last a reasonable time. They think their policies overrule the law.
