“We had an issue with an appliance which took a lot of resolving with the suppliers. Kim at the Warehouse Whanganui sorted it for us, making a frustrating situation so much easier with her professionalism and persistence. We are so appreciative of the hard work she put in, and her willingness to go the extra mile for us. Give that girl a pay rise!”

“I have shopped at The Warehouse for many years now and have been a customer in Botany and also in Pakuranga. I have only experienced good things as godd value for money, good products,friendly customer service always willing to help and some even going out of their way to help.They are very good on the phone.”

“This review is for two Warehouse employees that went above and beyond with their service - BREI from the Bell Block branch in New Plymouth and ANTHONY at customer services Sylvia Park, Auckland. Each employee enabled the facilitation of transferring a VERY hard to find outdoor seating set from Taranaki to Auckland. Their hard work is very much appreciated - well done guys!”

“I wish to give a huge Thank you to the Warehouse Te Kuiti Branch staff members TE Auwe Tihi-Kemp and Vanessa Hemana who alerted me to the fact that my items were at the Warehouse Te Kuiti and worked to get me and my purchases reconnected and the $60 delivery fee compensated after l put out a plea via Facebook and correspondence with The Warehouse online staff (Mainfreight had indeed lied re email correspondence to you ( their Ref :FWM40484791 ,15/11/21) about delivering to my home address , they had not and to date there has been no satisfactory explanation . But thank you to Te Kuiti re Facebook and especially the Te Kuiti staff who saw my plea to find my purchases and contacted me . This was extremely stressful especially Mainfreights lack of honesty , I will not purchase items that need delivery from them in the future . Thank you again Te Kuiti Warehouse staff...your service is always great and you ho the extra mile for your customers.”

“Bought a smart tv 3 weeks ago which just died called 0800 number ............. so went to st luke branch Auckland expressed my issue Tania at the checkout made it a breeze 10 mins in and out with another one what a great person made my day thanks Tania Wherehouse is lucky to have you. Brian”

“I ordered a pack of Rio underwear several months ago, and recently they split along the band. I contacted the Warehouse, and within about 5 minutes of emailing them, I got a response that they will be sending out a new pack. It's refreshing to see that some businesses still care about their customers. Highly recommend. Every time I have had an issue, they are quick to deal with it.”

“My Warehouse The Warehouse! My favourite. In this house, Online Customer service, is always grouse 👍🏼 :) The products i regularly buy are more than nice, they Always have a bargain! At a great price! With others I’d wonder, “where could my package be”?! Not The Warehouse! :) , one day I order, nex minute here’s my delivery 🚚. I’ve never returned anything, but I’ll be asking for a refund, on the count of me not reading the description on one thing properly lol. The Warehouse! Is all good in our house 🏡”

“Hi to the Warehouse Team, Just wanted to say i Shop online all the time for my Teenagers and sometime myself and my husband. You guys have been amazing:) every time I have ordered online, its fast and efficient. I have found to measure when ordering clothes and has been the right fit for us anyway as the sizes are on your website. Plus if in doubt can always go into the store to try them on. For delivery it has been fast and also I receive an email to tell me when its on the way. Thank you for making it easier and affordable for me and my family.”

“Wow, shopping at The Warehouse, in Tokoroa, today was a pleasurable experience. The staff were friendly and efficient. The store was well laid out and very tidy. The range of stock available was impressive. It was obvious that the people who work there take an enormous amount of pride in their workplace. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer of this store.”
