Order 1 arrived with an item missing - numerous emails but still haven't received the item. Order 2 (a freezer) arrived damaged - again numerous emails and finally a phone call - but still nothing done. Well over a month for these queries. Dont try to call them unless you have a few hours to spare. I would never buy online again from them.

Don't ever order online from this crowd. Worst customer service ever. Dealt with a clown called George at the St Lukes Branch who claimed to be the Supervisor, he has no customer service ethic, condescending as hell. I'll support Kmart anyday. The warehouse service like their products are inferior to say the least. Lodged a complaint to their head office but, not holding my breath that someone will bother getting back to me.

Ordered drawers online as they didn’t have the ones wanted in stock at store was sent wrong drawers that I could have got in store, have called them emailed a number of times and they just ignore emails after saying they would sort it out on phone. Absolutely the worst service. Never order online at the warehouse unless you want a headache and the wrong item. So unprofessional and rude.

Autistic son was having a meltdown in the warehouse for a lollie I wanted to pay at the reception so he would be quiet and we could carry on shopping but she didn't want to help me. Told me to go through the check out like everyone else

Terrible Terrible…. Have emailed them so much and still no response. I ordered something about 4 weeks ago and till this day I haven’t gotten a updated. Or where it is.

These guys are pretty bad. There website is designed so you don't call them on the phone. The communications is atrocious. Ordered online from Kmart who contacted me back on the same day with pick up the day after. It's been a week I haven't heard jack from these clowns. At least send an update or something.

The worst experience ever and total waste of time. I waited for my order 3 weeks. Within this 3 weeks I called them 3 times and each they just had one answer that the my order is on its way but never arrived so finally asked for my refund which I have to wait God knows how long. Very poor communication and service. I will never ever purchase any thing from the warehouse and will share my experience in social media so others know and they don't waste their money and time.

Your latest advertising campaign on linking the warehouse with ethical practice and sustainability is a bit rich. You sauce the majority of your products from countries like China and India who have by far the largest carbon footprints on the planet and who's human rights and best business practice ethics are practically non-existent.

With Akl being at L4 lockdown, we thought we'd place an order with The Warehouse for some essential items like toilet rolls, etc. We put through an order on Fri 27 Aug for 42 items. From Mon-Thurs we started receiving several small packages. There was no delivery today Fri 3 Sep and only half the order has been delivered so far. Someone mentioned below that their order was shipped from various w/hse locations around the country (??). Well that has happened in my case also...so far my order has come from Manukau, Pukekohe, Whangarei, Rangiora, Wgtn, Chch & Invercargill. What a waste of resources/shipping/courier costs for the w/hse but luckily I only paid $5 for delivery. I'm quietly giggling as to where the next shipment is coming from and hopefully the toilet paper can be crossed off my list. I've not contacted the warehouse yet, as I know the staff & other essential businesses/couriers are tirelessly working around the clock especially with the increase of online orders and so I thank you for your invaluable service. I patiently await to see what arrives tomorrow (or the coming days) and from where. Be safe everyone. PS. By the way, I ordered some meat online from the Mad Butcher on Mon and received it on Wed.

Sustainability It's no knowledge freeze that the Warehouse imports the majority of its products from China. China has the largest carbon footprint of CO2 emissions by a long way, on our planet. Yet the Warehouse seems to feel it's ok to advertise itself as having a 'Sustainability focused' business model. I used to shop at the Warehouse myself, but having had to returned so many products due mainly to poor quality, the original reason for shopping there became uneconomical. The Warehouse is not an ethical company by any stretch of the imagination.

We bought clothing for my husband. Sadly 3 of the items didnt fit . I took them back this morning and was told the could not give my money back as they had some hair on them. Now I have a little dog , but if the watehouse still supplied bags for the clothes we buy, this would never have happened. I said I wanted my money back and was treated very rudely. I broke down in tears and made a fool of myself and after getting very upset the manager then said give her money back. I am disgusted with the way I was treated and after many many years of shopping at the warehouse , I WONT BE BACK.

Spend hundreds on boys stuff aka spiderman and paw patrol stupid workers then think ok they ordered a full boys birthday including party cups plates bike scooter let's send frozzen cause we are stupid

when you go to the clothing department and can never find anybody to help you when you do find somebody All you get is find the person that works in that department it has to be the hardest place to get any help need better service

DO NOT ORDER! ABSOLUTE SCAM. I placed an order back in 2020. It has now been six months since I placed my order and my order has never arrived. I have not sent the company five emails with no response ever. They have basically run away with my money. I am so disappointed.
