As a loyal customer of many years I had an unauthorised transaction taken from my account.
When they investigated they have refused to refund the money taken back into my account, despite their app stating that your money is protected from all unauthorised transactions.
If you want a bank who looks out for your money and protects their customers I would not advise using think money.”

“They don't have Google pay and it's been saying for over 3 years on the website that it will be coming NEAR FUTURE It very easy to switch current accounts nowadays when opening a switch out acc. You don't have to change your DD and all payment for old acc will switch to new acc even your wages......and no more ยฃ10 month charges for more features, wish I just did it sooner”

We all might remember not being able to contact the company when the new app was introduced and the problems it caused but it was introduced for a reason - to protect Think Money.
The app gives no payment references only basic descriptions on transactions and, despite TM being aware of sophisticated scammers out there specifically targeting TM bank users, the information from the app will justify them not refunding any unauthorized transactions, whereas you are always protected by credit card. If you are scammed it is likely TM will available themselves of all responsibility”

“So many fake reviews. Just locked me out of my account. Nearly a week had to pay for my bills. I rang them and emailed them 3,4 times a day. Paying ยฃ10.99 a month for nearly couple of years.made a payment to my painter last Wednesday he still hasn't received it yet. This was the only was my mother could try and access any money as she does not have a smart phone or internet access. Think refused to grant her access to the new card since they changed their systems over. Absolutely disgraceful that this company can do this to people.”
“I did a normal faster payment from another bank on the same day I have done for years and before the new app it would go straight through. This was last week. I called mid day to ask why it wasn't in my bank to be told it can take up to one working day and due to it being a Friday it most likely won't recieve this till Monday.
I told them I only have a very small amount in my bank. They said nothing they could do. I phoned 5pm on Monday to be told it should be in by 6pm still nothing. I called again Yesterday and even offered them the faster ID but they said they don't use them. I said this is my money and I have literally nothing left in the bank due to always putting this extra payment in. They said all they can do is investigate and can not give me a time frame. I called again today at 5pm to be told there is no update and there are more customers having the same problem. I have no money in my account and they just don't care there mistake and leaving someone with no money. Disgraceful customer service. I have been with this bank for years.
Since getting a new card I can not pay for things like I used to as they are not excepting it. The bank said its the companies fault as they need to switch it over to a recognise it as a debit. They can not do anything. So in this last month I have incurred charges, miss payments all down to this bank. I will be closing my account what am I paying an account fee for ???? and to not even be able to put money in it leaving me penniless for the rest of the month.”
“Where do I start. Old ap worked fine for me, budgeting fine I told them what income to use for bills, all went smoothly. Fast forward to new app and omfg chaos.
They dont use the income they always used as "they dont work that way now" "they decide how to budget and what money to use", also the monthly fee I pay is for other services, like calls which are what 1 maybe a year. They cant change anything all they can do now is advise what they think and help with app (which is worse than last one.)
