“1 would be very reluctant to use them again after they charged me double of what they estimated for a car I was only keeping for a couple of months, I think if it goes from £250 to almost £500 you should ring the customer to check the works wants doing. Not used since”

Hi Thank you so much for your feedback without which we would not know that you left the garage so dissatisfied. We have looked at your last invoice and note that it was not for the amount that you are suggesting on your Review. When creating Estimates we cannot forsee all the work that may be involved. Sincere apologies for any breakdown in communication
