Stay away from this terrible company! They are not trustful and are only nice with you when you buy from them. They are not serious, they lie and are completely disrespectful with clients. I bought a malfunction device (audio interface) and when I decided to activate the warranty for this product the nightmare began. First they have told me the period of time for the all process of sending it to Germany and have it back fixed was maximum 4 weeks. Actually it took 6 weeks just to arrive to Germany from Portugal.. Then I received an email from Thomann repair service saying the device had no problem that the problem was with my electricity, which is a nonsense. I replied saying again the exact problem of the device which they never answered. Now it's been already 3 months since I sent my audient to Germany and I just received an email saying the device is fixed and on the way back to Portugal. I just replied asking if they have a repair report, if it was actually fixed or not and when it will arrive. Let's see if it will take another 45 days from Germany to Portugal... The big problem is that I am a professional Voice Actor and I need this device to work, which, of course, they don't care. Putting a credit card on an online shop is straightforward but if you have any problem don't expect them to be helpful, they just don't care. It is unbelievable how they deal with clients and with situations that are not just selling.

Thomann Support Team was outstanding. Very professional and prompt to in helping me get things sorted when my order was held up in US Customs. My backordered Mission Engineering expression pedal arrived faster than expected, completing my most recent order 😃 I'm glad I waited on getting a Quad Cortex until now, I see why so many people love this thing. The HB 2x12 stereo FRFR (G212A-FR Active Cabinet) also sounds great and gets up there in volume, it pushes air like a nice combo amp should. The Thon Case is also a great value for a very well-made case for the QC + Mission pedal. The 1500w 240v to 120v power convertor I picked up from Amazon works great too and it was under $75.00. Powers and keeps power to the 2x100w FRFR.

My order has been sold to another customer after I paid for it : I waited for a shipping that went terribly wrong (the product was sent back to Thomann without even trying to contact me), then the customer service asked me if I wanted a new shipping -without telling me the product was already sold to another customer-, so I waited, again, then had to ask when I would be delivered. They just answered 12 weeks. Asked for a refund. Never again !!!

Thomann was able to procure a hard-to-find case for my Hagstrom base guitar and deliver it to me in the USA well packed and in perfect condition. They were easy to work with and kept me appraised of their progress with personalized emails. Thank you!

The 2x12 Harley Benton cabinet doesn't matter if you get the vertical one of the horizontal one. They have vintage 30s in it and sound just as good as my Mesa boogie dual rectifier cab,= for a lot less money

Item bought was defective. At my request, Thomann tested to see if there was a fix I could do locally (and verify the issue was not user related). That they have a technical department is impressive. Once it was determined that the unit was non-functional, a replacement was sent. Although this involved overseas shipping costs, Thomann did not charge anything extra for this or the testing service. They made things right with the purchase which is the best we can hope for with any business. Communication is key in events like this. Thomann staff were prompt and wrote in understandable term (we used email).

I have been a fan of Thomann for their excellent product selection, but my recent experience with their customer support left much to be desired. I paid extra for fast delivery (DHL), but my shipment has been delayed with no clear explanation or resolution offered. Despite their estimated delivery times, my order is stuck in an inspection process since the 9th, and the customer service team provided canned responses without offering meaningful help. Worse yet, when I requested to speak to a manager, I was denied any direct contact, which feels like poor business practice and customer care. While their products are top-notch, Thomann’s shipping estimates and customer service need serious improvement to ensure customers get the experience they pay for.

Purchasing - not great. Large items can take WEEKS to get through customs, and they often take days to send them. Returns/Warranty - terrible. After over a week "awaiting a response from the manufacturer" I gave up - went direct to the manufacturer, and was responded to within a couple of hours, and item collected at their cost the next working day. Thomann seem to absolve themselves of all liability here, and its woeful. Cheap prices though, but I've learnt that this is not the be all and end all - I'll definitely be supporting my local stores much more in the future.

Got my first Alphorn delivered yesterday from Thomann. Fantastic packing and delivery. This is truly a beautiful hand crafted instrument. It looks great and sounds even better. Price was well worth it. This instrument is a precious addition to my ever growing horn collection.

Caveat Emptor UK buyers beware. Although prices seem good value, when there is an issue and something has to be returned then it can turn into a nightmare. I bought a Marshall JVM combo through Thomann and it developed a fault on the board - confirmed by an amp tech here in the UK. It took nearly 3 months to get Thomann to accept a return and when they arranged a courier to collect it they had to ask me after if it had actually been collected. I supplied them with a photograph of the courier scanning the return label. There didn’t seem to be any integrated information with the courier. They then said it could take up to 20 working days (a month) for it to arrive at their warehouse. I waited the 20 working days without any update only to be told after that in fact it had been lost in transit somewhere and they didn’t know where it was. They would raise an investigation with the courier company and then revert back to me with a resolution. I’m still waiting for that resolution which they have already said won’t involve a replacement. So in summary, they don’t know where my Marshall is, they won’t replace it, they have the money and I’ve been without an amp since February. Buyers beware.

I bought a Harley Benton Custom Line CLG-48CE Wide NT and could not be more pleased. It plays beautifully right out of the box and only took three days to receive in the US. I was going to pay for a setup but there is no need to. I did a minor truss rod adjustment which is all I needed. Also, the price was incredible!

Hi guys, Just received my fifth Harley Benton bass, this one an MV-4JB (I may need an intervention soon) and again I'm blown away with what $200 can buy! Beautiful bass regardless of the cost. I can't find a flaw on it. Great build quality and color (Burgundy Mist), neck straight, smooth fret ends, even close to in tune out of the box after traveling half way around the world. Am pleased with the weight (10 lbs), as a couple of my other ones are on the heavy side. Also like the refined headstock shape. I don't know how you do it and still make a profit, but keep up the great work! Steve Rall

I ordered a Shadow Nanoflex pickup and received a confirmation email immediately. Shortly after I received another email providing me with a contact name for any questions/problems then within two hours another email to say the order had been shipped. It arrived on my doorstep in a small town in Australia 9 days later, 3 days sooner than the predicted date. How good is that?
