“Wow! The service from this company was amazingly impressive. From the user friendly website to the phenomenal cost of product, to the checkout options, I thought “good company”. But it was not until my package arrived in less than a week internationally that my rating review soared to golly wow, Musikhaus Thomann is above and beyond great! “Living in the USA, I was hesitant to order a large e-drum kit from halfway around the world, but Thomanns great prices and positive customer reviews convinced me to take the chance. I could not be happier! Delivery was surprisingly fast and the product was very well packaged and complete. After several months, I discovered an issue with a feature I had not yet used in the drums control module. Thomanns customer service quickly walked me through a software upgrade the next day and when that did not fix the problem they contacted the manufacturer and had the part I needed shipped to me and at my door at no additional cost, much sooner than I had expected. I can't get customer service this fast and reliable from businesses in my home town! These folks are friendly, proffesional and quick to respond. To everyone in customer service, a huge thank you! I'll be buying from you again soon!”

“I purchased a Harley Benton Fusion III EMG B stock from the wonderful folks over at Thomann and it arrived to me in the US with zero blemishes which was absolutely stunning! The packaging was simply perfect. After receiving the guitar, I noticed one of the humbuckers was making a crackling noise that was a bit temperamental. I then contacted Egor over at Thomann and he was kind enough to diagnose the issue and send over a preamp for me to install and now my guitar is a complete dream to play! :) I could not be happier with the customer service over at Thomann as well as their amazing build quality of guitars. “The whole experience from first visiting your website to search for a guitar I liked, to the massive range of available makes and models, the speedy and informed responses to my queries via your chat were all incredible. The easy payment options, the very well priced shipping costs and the time it took to take delivery of the guitar were again outstanding. The guitar arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. “I was confused about the payment method at first (but it's my fault tbh) but the team helped me and guide me through the process. The price, especially the Harley Benton line is really really good for it's price. Really cheap but the quality can stand side by side with the popular brands out there. Delivery took about 10 days which in my opinion is really fast especially that it was shipped to a non-EU country (KSA). Customer service is great. The sales team handled my order in great care. Overall, everything is perfect and made my first ever purchase experience worthy.”

“I placed an order for a cabinet that had a shipping issue (was damaged in shipping) which was the fault of the shipper and not Thomann. Thomann was prompt and reasonable in working with me and making it right, with great customer service.”

“I just bought a super cheap 212 cabinet, the cheapest one they had because my more expensive one broke and I have gigs. This Harley Benton cab shipped super fast, it’s actually, really high quality and sounds as good or better than my expensive cab that broke. Service is great. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I can’t believe they can make a profit of something so cheap but such high quality. I’m impressed.”

“First purchase from Thomann from the USA and not only was it the best price for the eurorack module I was looking for, it somehow managed to travel halfway around the world to me in a day and a half (I chose DHL). Ordered on a Sunday, it shipped on Monday and was on my doorstep in NY on Wednesday afternoon. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for domestic shipments from over a week ago, and they ultimately cost me more. What a great discovery, thanks Thomann!”

“I have ordered from Thomann multiple times now and every time the service has been fantastic. before every order goes out a customer services rep contacts me to verify my order and let me know of any potential issues that may arise with customs etc. But every order has arrived quickly and safely packaged and even with higher shipping costs still saves me a lot of money. I always check with Thomann before I order any gear in America.”

“I just happily received my Moeck Boxwood Hotteterre 415 tenor. It arrived in New Mexico in less than 5 days! I can't get things in the US that fast. The price was fantastic! It was hundreds less than I could get it here in the States and they had it in stock. I have nothing but praise for Thomann. It was recommended to me by my friend and I have recommended it to all of my friends. 10 out of 10. Oh, and the instrument is beautiful. It has an incredible full tone. Thanks Thomann.”

“I received my Harley Benton PB 50 in fiesta red. received in 4 days, Wow! The price for this bass is remarkable, the fit and finish are spot on. The neck pocket is tight, there are no frets that will scrape along your hand on either side of the neck. For this price, the neck requires an adjustment. Every bass purchase requires this! I cut the nut down as needed, adjusted the string heights and of course the intonation of strings. I replaced the stock round-wounds with flat wound strings. The pickup measured an 8.3 quite hot. Large poles on this bass. The unit came with paint shielding, very quiet. This Bass weighs in at 8.5 lbs, Lighter than I expected.”

“Sent an amp for a repair along with its footswitch and power cable. Amp was fixed but they didn't send the footswitch and cable back to me claiming that I didn't send them. Sadly I had no proof (picture) of sending the stuff. They said they can't do anything so now I'm left with an amp without a footswitch. They simply lost my stuff and then claimed I didn't send them.”
