"Ordered fourty eight Summer bedding plants via Wowcher. After three weeks waiting for delivery, chased it up, Thompson and Morgan referred me back to Wowcher who referred me back to Thompson and Morgan, who stated that they had no record of my order so referred back to Wowcher. Miraculously, with a few hours, Thompson and Morgan had emailed Wowcher confirming order, though I had not received the email which had supposedly been sent to me. Another week later, tracking package, it had not arrived. Contacted Thompson and Morgan who said it 'must have got lost in transit' and that they were unable to send a replacement as the offer had ended. Ordered some Begonias from them, again via Wowcher which arrived today. Four out of six decapitated, one leaf on one full pf holes and roots bone dry. I have never had problems with this company before and have been patronising the business for some years."

"Had 2 hanging baskets send out the baskets were in a very poor state box all ripped open baskets tipped over plant and compost was in bottom of box the packaging was useless would have been better in a carrier bag got in touch now got to wate a mouth for 2 new baskets this is not on as I order in January for May delivery very poor service in my book"
