Having received a poor quality plant in May that failed to thrive I eventually got a refund but not for the overpriced postage for one tiny plant. They are no longer a reliable company and will just send anything out.

I spent £130 on a tree that arrived diseased. When I requested either a replacement or a refund they offered £20 off code. Please do not purchase plants from them.

Since I had no notice of delivery by that day, I sent a txt asking if it was not out for delivery already, just send me a refund I felt this was long amount to wait.

Never received my order or a full refund. Apparently they take orders they don’t have stock of, and they don’t refund postage. Feels like a scam to me.

They then got back to say the plants were being picked now so they couldn’t refund or change the delivery address.

0 stars!!! greedy company sending dead and dying plants in damaged packaging with bent pots. asked for refund and they send another dead plant. Happened twice. asked again for refund and they've informed me they'll send a replacement again. I don't want more dead plants. I just want my money back. Do not use this company!

The company offered a refund, but then applied the original discount for the tomato plants across all products, thus only refunding me just over 50% of the two extra products.

Bought four plants - Apollo hibiscus, and three tomato plants. Hibiscus died within a week of being planted in a patio container from powdery mildew, the tomato plants were nearly dead when they arrived and I've had no response to my email to customer care asking for a refund or replacement of the tomato plants. Not happy, won't use again.
