“They replaced my whole order within 2 weeks despite it only being 20% damaged, probably the best customer services department I've ever dealt with, all I did was send a email stating the problem. Thanks.”

“I tried to canceal the review on here .With thomas morgan. That got hold of me. And explained they can not ship out of uk. They said it was on web site . Which i did not see. However they handled everything . And explained everything . I apreciate how fast they took care of my concerns”

“Over the past summer, I have received many, many plants from Thompson&Morgan. All of which have bloomed successfully. Recently I purchased my winter plants from Thompson&Morgan and they all arrived in perfect condition and in plenty of time for winter planting. Delivery times were extremely punctual and informative. I am now looking forward to a colourful winter garden thanks to Thompson&Morgan.”

“Over time and with the purchases we have had , the service has been excellent. “I used Thompson & Morgan during lockdown and have always found their plants to be top quality, packages well and delivered within a reasonable time taking into consideration what plant i had ordered and the time of year They have developed a new keen interest in encouraging wildlife in my garden and becoming more self sufficient too. Top job!”

“Have ordered with Tompson & Morgan many times, generally no issues, delivered as promised. Didn't expect a lot during lockdown, however, delivered as promised. Very responsive customer service. Any problem resolved efficiently. When I had them, the company resolved them quickly offering refund or resending the plants when available.”

“Very unhappy plants were rubbish the majority have died got in touch with Coes secretary but nothing has changed not even a reply to second email ,have bought better for a lot less money from supermarket wasn't offered any recompense”

“Ordered 12 Spinach Jumbo plugs - parcel arrived one pack of 6 upsidedown in the box with the plants all broken and compost falling out the second pack was just Ok but leggy. Contacted customer services by e mail they replied they would replace same. Replacement order arrived all plants right way up but VERY leggy, planted the best ones out in container and tried to nurture the rest. Most of the plants have bolted although they are only 10 cms high. Only have 5 good ones and I'am not sure about those! Waste of £13.00 will not be using them again#”

“I ordered 100 fuchsias from T & M and my order arrived well within stated time. All plants were well packaged with plants in excellent condition. Roots were moist and plants had picked up from transportation within 24 hours. Many Thanks.”

“Just received my Apricot Shades Begonla order very, very pleased all intact expected a bit of damage but nothing to speak of . Other years have bought the mini plugs which were fine if you have the time to prep them did lose quite a few but mostly down to the delivery firing them through the letter box but I still had one of the best displays around . This year decided to buy bigger garden ready plants well worth it delivery was possibly by the end of May but three weeks early , excellent .”

“Really helpful and when I had a query they were very prompt in their response and sorted it out within a couple of days as they had to wait for a third party to reply to them. Great service, my order was dispatched within the week and very well packaged.”
