“ Thompson Cigar Company companies shipping Operation is a joke. Thompson advertises shipping for $12 and change and state that it will be a two day delivery no matter how much you pay it seems as you get the delivery when with is ready to send it ”

“ These freaks randomly sent a box of cigars to my house, unsolicited. I mean... they wrote my name and address on the box and everything, so I know it wasn't just mis-delivered. WTF is up with that? Nobody in my house smokes, nor ever has. I get enough junk mail in my mailbox. Do I really need to defend myself against special delivery junk mail now? Who DOES that? Seriously, WTF people? ”

“ shipping was slow and they were to send it out again on next day delivery and never showed, told would be next day, never showed. cancelled my order after almost 30 days of waiting. i dont think they sent out either order but charged mycredit card like they did. dont buy from them ”

It’s a nightmare with age verification and time of delivery even if you pay for a two day delivery, you will still be calling after 7 days trying to get your order in. I had to send a picture of my driver license 3 times and still wasn’t able to get my order processed. Time to go to cigars online.com ”

After the delivery date passed with no updates, I finally contacted their customer support chat and they said they were holding the order until I called them to verify my information. I asked what information they needed and he couldn't tell me unless I called them. I just had them cancel my order. Not worth the headache of dealing with them. ”

This could cause a multitude of problems like NSF checks. Dont go on website please go somewhere else. By the way first delivery was great. Second never happened. Ruin your week or month and order from Thomson cigars. ”

“ Have used 15 years. Placed usual $200 order on May 28 and paid extra for 3-5 day delivery. Called them 10 days later asking where is the order. They told me it was held up due to an AR from 2019. Asked them how can this be? You have my CC on file and I approve the amount you tell me. Got no where, and asked for a manager. Same results. Already placed a $200 order with JR cigars. Good by Thompson. You lost a long time customer. ”
