Thompson Cigars swnt me broken cigars and also signed me up for their rewards program that has a fee, without my consent. They said they would not refund me until I told them that was theft. The customer service representative was also rude in the process. I do not recommend this company at all.

Somehow, I am being charged for a Puroperks membership, $14.95/mo the last 6 months. I never signed up for it. Multiple emails to stop and refund. No response.

Buy elsewhere don't trust these people

The worst cigar company out ever since they changed ownership. I ordered some cigars, come to find out they were on back order. I canceled the order, and I’m going on my fourth week waiting for my refund check. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s of Colorado about their policy. I have quit doing business with them as well.

I had been with this company since 2009. I placed an order on 9/12/23. They cashed my check on 9/20/2023. Today is 9/29/2023, and they have yet to send my order. I called to see if they had shipped my cigars, and they had not. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Horrible customer service.

I was shocked to see I had missed 9 months of the $14.95 slip past me on my credit card statement but did call 866.292.4302 and after talking with an agent, they promised to refund all the charges and cancel the service. Although happy about that, I will say I was unhappy that the practice of this monthly recurring fee is deceptive. The cigars themselves were good so I gave Thompson a middle of the road rating.

Placed my order Monday. Thursday they still haven't processed my order. I called customer service. Very unhelpful. No resolution. I asked to just refund my money. NO REFUND. NO PRODUCT.
