“In the last 3 years I have made 8 orders of 5 pack fever to share with my three sons. Total of 71 5 packs, 24 different brands. Never had any problems with Thompson, service was great!. Got an email to confirm the orders, email when in process, email when shipped, email when delivered.”

“The bad reviews are so weird to me. I’ve been ordering from Thompson for a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Their 5-pack-fevers can get you some very expensive cigars for quite cheap. They always ship immediately, and they’ve always arrived intact and undamaged. I’m baffled by the hate for them here…”

“Contrary to all the other reviews on here that are negative. I have received name brand cigars and I have been just fine And have had no issues with credit card or magazines ! Maybe I have been just lucky Or they are a good company.”

“Very different experience than most others. Always recieve cigars within about a week. Only time my orders were hung up were on 2 specials. I called, got through almost immediately to someone that obviously wasn't I'm another country. Canceled the part that hadn't shipped and refunded my money right away. It's true I've gotten some trial subscriptions for a couple issues of things like GQ, but no additional charges. Occasionally, I get some cigars that really need some time in the humidor, especially Ghurkas, and there's an occasional dud, but over the last year+ I've ordered close to 1,000 cigars. Smoke 2-3 per day. Maybe I'm just lucky, but they slay anyone else on price. Oh, before you think I know not of what I speak, I've smoke Cubans at the finest cigar bars in London and from LCDHs in a number of countries. Ya, I know a good cigar.”

“I've never bought anything from Thompson Cigar until recently when I received something in the mail. $30 for 12 cigars. 2 of the 12 I've had before and are some of my favorites, so if nothing else it was worth it to me. The order came sooner than expected and included an entire humidor box, a humidifier, cigar cutter, cigar lighter, and a ton of coupons. The packaging was well cared for too. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. 5 out of 5 from me. I'll definitely buy from Thompson Cigar again!”

“Thompson Cigar has been my provider for a few years. I recently made a mistake on an order to a client. It was my mistake. They recalled the UPS and sent the cigars to the right place at no cost to me. No one else would do this. No one.”

“To be honest I've been a Thompson cigar customer for about 3 years and never have I ever experience no foreign people representatives. Shipping is reasonable takes about a week or less and I live in California. Thompsons, cigar daily, and zeal cigars are my go to online cigar shops.”

“My Bonus Box club delivery was a day late, so I called the old owner Robert Franzblau. (813 286 2619) RF lives a few doors down from me on Culbreath Isles drive here in Tampa. His wife Jo answered, and said they have been pretty disappointed with the new owners. RF came to the phone and was pretty frustrated also, so he called Scandanavian Tobacco and got it straightened out the same day. My Cigars were hand by Bob wearing his signature white and blue stripped rail road jacket and hat. RF also brought a bottle of Opus One and a box of Opus X Piramide with his compliments. We enjoyed the wine a day later fishing and eating fabulous food cooked by his personal chef on RF's Viking yacht. Like most things in life, its not what you know but who you know. Cheers!”
