“I read an old review claiming that the resort reps were difficult to contact. I have to say that they seem to have addressed thisissue: On a recent 7day holiday I noticed the rep in the resort on three separate days. He also supplied his mobile phone number on the first day of the holiday.”

“You put deals on for cruises, why are there no deals that go out from Manchester air port, they go from all over the country, so why not Manchester”

“We had nothing but great service and caring people with Thomson. We really enjoyed our recent stay in Malta because it was so organised and easy. I did all the arrangements through them and from start to finish it went smoothly. The hotel we stayed at was clean and had great service and we got great prices on flights. They had recommended that hotel so if it wasn't good, I would have been livid. They helped us book all our dinners as well. I'd def use them again!”
