Ordered a birthday card a week before the date. Card didn't arrive. Contacted them with suggestion to use a 24hr service for replacement. Still waiting for replacement card. They did however refund me for original card. Won't use again.

Card didn't arrive. It was a sympathy card where time was important. I requested a refund as per my statutory rights. Instead I was given a token for another card which does not include the postage I've already paid. So if I use that token, I'll pay two lots of delivery costs for one card (assuming the second one arrives). What a con.

Terrible service and even worse customer services. Ordered next day delivery and was charged the same value as the actual card. No card and was offered credits rather than a refund. Stay away!!!!

Should re brand as Decitful !
Cut off time states 6pm for 24hr delivery and I made the cut off time by one hour they stated card was dispatched, checked tracking next day which showed card was NOT dispatched until 24 hours after order , Royal Mail did their job but this scam company lied. After complaining they promised to refund but as in line with their lies it still hasn't happened.

Mother’s Day card never arrived!
They won’t offer a refund for this - instead they will either resend it or give me a credit note. What is the point of it being recent a week after Mother’s Day or a credit note I won’t use as I don’t fancy ordering again! Sadly this was my first experience and a bad one at that.

Worse experience Iv ever had ordering online I paid for a Father’s Day card that was supposed to arrive 3 days before Father’s Day (just to be safe) not only has it not been delivered Iv just checked it’s not even been printed. No e-mail telling me if any problems and no refund. What a joke
