“It's good overall.. I find a bit odd that I still get the items I've marked as "no" appear in the styles time to time. Also my sizes not always available. Also would be great if the items I have bought are transferred to a separate page, called say... "purchased"? Atm it just stays in the liked page and is confusing if I wanna look at the t-shorts, but no the ones I have bought already - just the liked, but not purchased ones, if that makes sense. Thanks! “Photos of the outfits need to be better. What's the point in having an outfit with, 'this is how it's worn' and posting a photo of a guys sleeve, or his left foot, or a guy dressed in totally different clothes/colours.
Also a better range of clothes maybe? If I don't like a top one week, next week I probably still won't want it.”

“I find that my feedback doesnt show itself in future suggestions which makes me begin to feel that the outfits you suggest are almost auto generated, or maybe batch sent. This takes away a feel of a personal service.
I think it best I give an example, I suggest that I do not wanted certain lower priced brands like Topman, but continue to recieve lower price outfits.
Also it frustates me when suggestions are instantly out of stock”
“Good concept but there is obviously very little regular input from stylists. Algorithm doesn't really seem to take on board ratings eg. I get loads of Topman stuff and I don't like to shop there and never rate them highly. Customer service is good, but it's good everywhere online now, pricing is good too.”
“The concept of having a personal stylist that will match ensembles and answer your every question as part of a free service is simply revolutionary. For people like me that are not into scouring the online or actual shops, this is a lifesaver.
If I could mention something to improve, that would be that the refunding could be a bit faster when I return items (it takes about 5 working days), especially when it's about a simple size change. Alternatively there could be a mechanism to use already paid amounts to fund new purchases as soon as they received my returned items.
That is only a small point though. The overall experience and communication is exemplary. Keep up the good work!”

“You were doing really well, I'd decided to buy all my clothes via your service (about 1k a month normal spend) and then I sent some jeans back which I was told were 'returned dirty' and I couldn't have a refund, how jeans could be dirty having been tried on once is beyond me - although admittedly I did remove the tags and tie them back on.
Anyway, bad job”
