“I ordered two pair of socks for Christmas gifts. They took 2 1/2 weeks to send. Not horrible since it is the holiday season. I ordered one in purple and one in red. The red is NOT red at all. It is clearly orange and not even a cute orange. Pretty disappointed”

“Received quickly and the photo came out great. However, the sock quality is straight garbage!!! Would not recommend IF you want to actually wear the socks.”

“Truly disappointed. Small is smaller than extra small. Company hasn’t offered to reprint and correct size. Just keeps insisting extra small doesn’t exist Even though offered as a choice on website.”

“I have been ordering socks for years and have been so happy, but this year it took so long to get the order (5 weeks) and when I tried to get customer service, I got no replies to my many emails and messages. I did get the socks and they were amazing. So my complaint would be to have better customer service and to let people know how long an order will take to deliver.”

“At this point, I'm only hoping to receive the order I made and paid for over a month ago at Pupsocks. Unfortunately, no one seems to be able to find out where my order is at the moment. Customer service has responded to my first emails, but it has not yet been solved and I have still not received my order at this moment.”

“The socks arrived, stuck to the glue of the packaging, but I didn’t know this until after I opened them. It ruined the material. I’ve been trying to get a refund or exchange, but no one is getting back to me. I do not recommend this product. With shipping they cost almost $40 and they weren’t a very nice material.”

“While the picture of the dog was perfect, the sock itself was hideous. I thought I was ordering a normal crew sock but what I got was a tube sock that was huge. This is a gift for a friend and I hope she will like it : I know she will for the picture of her dog but I doubt she'll love the actual sock. YUCK.”

“Arrived quickly. Dogs picture is good. Love the feel and thickness of the ornament. But it’s a 2 because the way the design was printed is trash and not worth the cost. You can’t even tell that it says “2022” on it. Would look elsewhere for dog picture ornaments.”

“I was very disappointed with the PupSocks. Not the photo, that was cute, but the quality of the socks themselves. The material is rough, bad quality and there's no way the socks can fit a human foot. I bought them for my daughter for the Holidays and ended up just giving them to her as they wouldn't have made a very nice present. She agreed... photo cute, but the socks themselves are terrible. They weren't cheap and I would not order again.”

“These are cheap and thin nylon-like material. How you got my BLACK dog wrong, I don't know. He came out brown on the socks. I also asked to keep the hair on top of his head. They cropped that out as well as his entire neck, so it's just a floating, brown dog head. Ugly.”

“I bought a pair as a gift , the picture turned out perfectly even though the one I submitted had a lot of background .. great work at just getting the dog & no background !! They turned out so awesome I had to buy more , now tempted to keep for myself even though it’s not my pet !!!!”
