“I really want to love this company, but I have had such mixed results from my purchases. Some things are amazing, some of my favorites pieces in my wardrobe. Others were so horrible that it was offensive to be charged so much money for something so low quality. The fact that they charge $8 for returns just adds to the frustration. If I were able to witness the quality of some things I ordered in person I would have never purchased. All in all, I just don’t think it’s worth the risk of buying unless you can see the items in person first.”

“ive been pretty disappointed lately with the quality of items (waffle knit set is very scratchy and not the soft style material i have come to love and expect from 3BN) and customer service involved (Emailed re: an item i paid full price for that went on sale just outside the 24 hour window that i ordered). i emailed a 2nd customer service question 3 days ago that still hasn't had a response.”
“I order from Three Bird Nest quite often. I’ve vacationed in Santa Fe (one of the most hippie, Southwestern places) and people have asked me where I get my clothes. I ordered the Garden Fairy Floral Kimono, olive. I received an email saying it was delivered Sept 9, but I never received it. I’ve sent 2 emails to 3 Bird Nest and haven’t heard back. It would be nice to have the same support that I have given 3 Bird Nest.
