“ One of the items I ordered arrived damaged and I haven't been able to get a refund or exchange because it was more than 3 days before I sent an email regarding the damage. ”

I had two prefers. I took a chance ordering on line and it appears to have cost me greatly. I asked specific details about returns before purchasing and again before returning. I also just bought a pair of wide leg pants and they already have a hole in the crotch. I know I wont be getting a refund but I also will not be ordering anything else unless I have my items replaced. ”
