“Love your clothes but question your delivery service/timing. I paid for a 3-5 day process not sure what you define as processing but ordered on the 22nd of Oct and is now the 28th of Oct.. status now states processing to FedEx. Your update status for delivery is very confusing and not sure why I should pay extra for delivery when I never know when to expect delivery. I always have to go back and inquire with service. Your delivery service/timing is very questionable. Still unclear when to expect my delivery.”

Many items I’ve ordered have fallen apart at the seams, worn in odd places or did not retain their shape after first wash. I do wash all of my clothes on delicate and lay flat to dry, so I’m very disappointed that these clothes did not last me.”

Our care instructions are Hand wash cold, Lay flat to dry. Even on delicate wash it can be to rough for our delicate styles.
