“Items ran either way too large or too small. Most were too large. My refunds for returns are not correct. Additional fees were added to refund in Addition to the 7.95 refund per order. I had two prefers. I took a chance ordering on line and it appears to have cost me greatly. I asked specific details about returns before purchasing and again before returning. A very unhappy customer.”

When you chatted with us on November 23rd before placing your order and were connected with our customer service team, we provided detailed information regarding our return policy. The return information provided to you included the fees associated with our returns, which is a one-time return processing fee of $7.95 for local Return Bars and $9.85 for a return shipping label. As we reviewed via email, the only fee charged for your return was $7.95 and your refund amount was correct.

Hi Kelli! Thank you so much for this feedback. We are currently in the search for plus size models to add to our site and diversify our representation! In the meantime, We have lots of customers sizes 16+ who wear the standard S, M or L here. We want you to feel great in the clothes without worrying about the size designation. We recommend choosing a size based on the measurements in the item's description and comparing them to your own instead of what the letter size name normally means by Standard US sizing. Our size chart should not be used to pick an item's size and is strictly there as a guide if you are unsure of your own measurements. For example, if you know you always wear a size 16 but are not sure of your measurements, you can use that chart to see what the Standard US measurements are for that. Then you can compare those to the item’s measurements.
