“I didn’t even know about this company until I checked my bank statement today (yes I know I should but I don’t check them often) and they have been taking £26 a month for god knows how long I don’t even know how they got my bank details. The £26 they have been taking is set up as a direct debit that I had no clue about. I’ve cancelled the direct debit and when I called them to tell them and ask why they’ve been taken money they kept taking and they was literally no reply. She just said “how am I supposed to know what’s happened and told me to shut up” then she hung up. Absolutely disgusting behaviour DO NOT have anything to do with this fraudulent company everything is a SCAM!!!”

I'm nearly 60 years old and have serious mental health issues and bc of this scam I will have to go without stuff like food and heating over Xmas. “I purchased a 3 contract for data roaming in the USA. the service was very poor on the west cosat of Florida. Since then I haven't used the phone and mislaid it when we moved. I then got a letter threatening me with debt collectors as the service had been suspended as they couldn't collect money. I paid this off, told them the circumstances and asked them to cancel. I was then told that I would have to pay for an extra 28 days to cancel the contract. They rob you left right and centre. I will never use their service again. They couldn't even change my billing address as I needed to have my lost phone to do it.”
