“I had an incredible 8-day trip to Ladakh with Thrillophilia, and it was a true journey of a lifetime! The itinerary was perfectly planned, taking us from the iconic spots like Sangam Valley and Pangong Lake to the absolute top of the world at Umling La Pass and stargazing under the Milky Way at Hanle. “My trip to Ladakh for 6 days 5 nights was a memorable one. Thrillophilia arranged everything in a smooth and co-ordinated manner. The stays were nice, clean and comfortable. Even in the remote regions of Pangong Tso, Thrillophilia did an awesome job of organising a stay that feels warm, clean and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The vehicles Thrillophilia provided were big, spacious and the drivers alloted were professional, cordial and cooperative. We blast songs, danced and had a lot of fun while driving from one place to another. Our trip organiser and leader madam Lobzang was a really lovely lady with extreme knowledge. She was prompt to our queries and dealt everything in a blink. I will highly recommend Thrillophilia to anyone thinking about making a trip to Ladakh. You won't regret it. Rather you will come back with memories that you will cherish for the rest of your life. Thank you to Thrillophilia for making my dream come true.”

“As first-time international travellers with Thrillophilia venturing beyond familiar borders, choosing a third-party travel agent was both exciting and daunting. We are so glad we placed our trust in . From the very first interaction — right from the planning stage through to the final day of our trip — the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated, the activities were perfectly paced, and the ground support team was remarkably organised and responsive. You truly made our trip feel seamless, personal, and stress-free. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Thrillophilia team for turning our dream holiday into a beautiful reality! That said, in the spirit of constructive feedback, we'd like to highlight two minor areas that caused slight inconvenience: --- **1. Luggage & Transport Arrangement* As a group of 4 travellers, we carried 4 check-in bags and 3 cabin bags — a fairly standard load for a family trip. On our Bangkok to Krabi leg, the assigned SUV driver raised concerns about excess luggage and demanded an additional 300 THB. We contested this charge as we believed it was covered under our package. However, the ground support team advised us that due to local traffic regulations, the SUV could not accommodate our luggage without risking a penalty from local authorities. To avoid disruption, we agreed to upgrade to a VAN for all subsequent transfers — Krabi Airport pickup, Krabi to Phuket, and Phuket Airport pickup — at an additional 300 THB per leg, totalling *900 THB extra. In hindsight, the VAN was absolutely worth it — well-maintained Toyota Commuters that were spacious, comfortable, and practical. We have no regrets about the upgrade. However, we'd genuinely recommend that **Thrillophilia's sales executives proactively ask travellers about their luggage count during the booking process, so that the right vehicle (VAN vs. SUV) is included from the start. This small step will spare future travellers any last-minute negotiation or confusion at the airport. --- **2. Novotel Phuket – Room AC & Water Leakage Issue* Our stay at Novotel was largely pleasant, but we did encounter an uncomfortable situation with the room's air conditioning. When we tried to adjust the temperature above the hotel's recommended 22–23°C range, the room began experiencing moisture buildup and dampness. The hotel staff were responsive and promptly arranged an industrial dryer to manage the humidity — however, the dryer's drainage overflowed, causing water to seep beneath our luggage and unfortunately dampening some of our clothes. While the Novotel team handled the situation as best they could and were courteous throughout, it did cause some inconvenience during what was otherwise a wonderful stay. We appreciate their prompt assistance, but this is worth noting for other guests who may be sensitive to room climate conditions. --- *Overall Verdict: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐* Despite these two minor hiccups — which are more logistical nuances than deal-breakers — our overall experience with was outstanding. The planning was meticulous, the activities were brilliantly organised, and the support team's responsiveness gave us great confidence throughout the trip. We would wholeheartedly recommend Thrillophilia to anyone considering their first international adventure. We will definitely be booking with you again!”

“I recently completed my Spiti Valley trip with Thrillophilia, and it was a wonderful experience overall. Spiti ki natural beauty aur mountain views sach mein unforgettable hain. There was a small miscommunication regarding the departure time, but as soon as we contacted the Thrillophilia support team, they resolved the issue immediately. Yeh baat mujhe sabse zyada achhi lagi ki team har time support ke liye available thi. The on-ground coordination was smooth, and the entire team was very helpful throughout the journey. Hum bas trip enjoy kar rahe the kyunki logistics aur support ki tension lene ki zarurat hi nahi padi. Thank you, Thrillophilia, for making this trip memorable.
