“It was my first Ladakh experience with a travel group and Thrillopia team made it worthwhile. Mr. Keshav & Ms. Bhavya supported well from planning stage till end of the trip. All the itinerary was good.. Trip was planned perfectly. Food and stay was fabulous. Would recommend Thrillopia for future tours.”

“Never use Thrillophilia as they're absolutely unreliable and misleading !! I had planned a Europe trip a few days back and had made hotel bookings via Thrillophilia considering they are the SME in this space and would be helpful, but had an absolutely terrible experience!!! 1. Bad Service : Their service is very sub-standard and the hotel options that were given to us were really bad. Some even lacked basic hygiene. 2. Misleading information: They gave us a B&B as hotel option in Naples. B&Bs are not hotels, they're small inns run by owners themselves . The one given to us had no basic cleanliness ( there were cockroaches and rats there, hot water kettle had mould growing in it, no elevator , no reception, etc). Because of this, an entire day of ours got wasted in an unknown location in trying to find another hotel + we had to make another hotel booking there leading to twice the monetary cost. We even ended up missing our planned activities due to this! When we raised this to Thrillophilia team, they refused to even acknowledge that there was any discrepancy in the service and kept on arguing about how they've already delivered good service. 3. Sub-standard hotel options: Our hotel in Venice was dark and dingy without adequate lighting and there were moulds on the room ceiling! Absolutely disgusting experience. We had a terrible experience with Thrillophilia and would not suggest anyone to use their service as they give misleading information which ultimately costs you time, money and energy and they don't really care about it.”

“In April, I decided to go on my 1st trek.. "SAR PASS TREK" which was 5 days.. I searched on the google .. the first topmost site ,showing was "THRILLOPHILIA" . I opened the page n read lot of reviews which built-up a trust in me.. Then I booked and till the departure date, I was kind scared " Cancel kr de kyaa n pta ni kya hoga itna upr.. " But believe me it was most thrilling experience of my life.. Nature : I can't believe that, there are so much beautiful places in this country n when u r trekking to mountains, u get lost to the outside world , in every step u enjoy the trekk with astonishing view.. Health: It taught me how to get patience, my legs n shoulder got stronger day by day.. Feeling fresh in every morning.. People : there were 28 people from different parts of country.. U get to know each other, share views n experience n local people will always show generosity towards uhh.. Support : Support from thrillophilila from booking to last date was amazing, they would try get in contact with uhh to ask ur problem.. Trek leader : dicilplined, co ordinated every task, helpful, kind.. Lastly I want to say ,go have the amazing experience, enjoy the beautiful nature ,meet new people n make memories so as to remember.. Thank you THRILLOPHILIA n support team.. I m planning my next trip also.. 💪😎”

“My experience on the sar pass trek with thrilophilia was truly memorable from the landscapes to snow covering mountains and greenery also, this trek was combination of physical strength and scenic beauty. “I made a booking weeks in advance for Ghibli Park Japan tickets for our family. They said they will send the tickets on the day. We paid hundreds of dollars to pay for shinkansen to Nagoya from Tokyo and back. We have been emailing multiple times to support the day before and on the day asking for our tickets without any reply, they just ignored our emails. We waited at the gates of Ghibli Park with an infant in the heat of summer but no decency to reply any of our emails, no apology at all. Finally, they emailed vouchers at 3pm, park closes at 5pm. Vouchers that we need to search a convenient store for to redeem. We are already on our way back to Tokyo by then and was not able to use the tickets as we have already waited at the gates since 9am. We emailed to support multiple times again asking for a refund but they just kept saying they issued the tickets and that the case was resolved. We felt scammed by this company, they do not care at all about you. They just ruined a whole day of Japan trip, refused to refund everytime we send a complaint to support they kept saying the case is resolved. They are not commited to making things right at all. It was not a less than perfect experience, there was NO experience at all but they do not care as long as they got your money and delivered the tickets you can hardly use. What a scam.”
