"It was my first trek experience (KEDARKANTHA) and I am fortunate enough that it was with Thrillophillia..these guys are so humble ,polite and the same time very professional in their service.. they brief the client in every steps right from before booking to drop through out the trekking..

It was one of my best experience. We completed our trek in good health. A lot of snowfall was there when we reached Judha ka talab, Kedarkantha base camp and in the peak. The view was outstanding.

I bought a ticket with a voucher code for the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. It would not scan for the ticket agent. I had all the info for the ticket purchase, but they required a QR code and it simply was not scanning. The agent said thrillophilia had this problem ALL THE TIME. They said to buy another ticket. I tried customer service several times with no response. So I bought the second ticket. They refused to refund me the purchase price of the first ticket. Beware you might be out your money.

My negative review got deleted on their Facebook review page! With a vdo clip proof/evidence! People Be aware they are frauds. There are reviews only by Yash Khandelwal! He is paid to post positive reviews 🧐 They have blocked me now. People be aware. Just see this Driver traversing the treacherous, unpaved roads of the Himalayas while simultaneously engaging in phone and text use! I have numerous other negative experiences from my trip that I can share , I have already lost both money and planned holidays that I had eagerly anticipated. In an effort to have worry free vacation, I hired a professional travel agency to plan and coordinate my trip, but the results were so bad and lacking in many areas. There was no one present from the company to manage time discipline or ensure that all promised locations were visited according to the itinerary. I consider myself fortunate to have made it home alive. The bikers have had a worst experience than me! The DRIVER will pass time in unwanted locations for washroom use, then scare the passengers- it’s late, dark, roads are narrow in hilly region, not safe- suggests heading back to the hotel 😡. A Marshal is also assigned to give briefings wakes up late each morning to starts late( Did you Guess why? ) . Then again scares all’ not safe it’s late! It’s their strategy? My trip was to Spiti Valley- starting from June 8th to June 17th 2024. READ the biker’s experience: Worst experience till date - we are 6 of us for the trip, right from the Day 1 any of us used to ask Kevin Paul regarding the details or the way of trip, he used to answer sarcastically. - Even according to the details of the itinerary, he missed our sightseeing spots . When we asked him about the missed spot, he gave us the sarcastic answer that if u want u can go tomorrow by your own which is 2kms off road. Each and every time he used to answer us sarcastically which is not at all professional. - the hotels which were allocated by the trillophillia are changed randomly couple of time. On 14th June while reaching Sisu, we were not aware of the hotel even by 9.30pm of the day even after asking Kevin several times. - The tour protocol shows that there is a doctor available, but we met an accident while reaching Chandratal. At that time forget about the doctor, there was not even first aid kit for me and my husband. The worst thing is even for the name sake of humanity ( the so called tour guide Mr Kevin Paul has not even asked or bothered about it ) extremely worst scenario ever. - Each and every time whenever we used to reach hotel the luggage used to reach after 2 hours or more than that. Till then we used to wait for it. - We were informed that the tour guide Mr Kevin would be with us every time while travelling but in the toughest situation in chandratal where the water crossing was difficult. He escaped that situation and didn’t even bothered about it. As our lives are in danger, we 5 people had to travel via luggage carrier and we reached Sissu by 12 am - Mr Kevin gave no briefing about anything which was mandatory but gave baseless information which we already knew about it as we were travelling for the first time. - No proper organisation of the whole trip. - I would never ever recommend Trillophilia to anyone as it is not An Adventurous, but keeping our lives in danger. CHECK the vdo clips- the driver of our traveler bus- doesn’t even know where he is supposed to to take the bus. If I can save one person from not using this company- my time to write this all is worth. Thanks. Hope it doesn’t get deleted đŸ™đŸŒ

This was 5th booking with Thrilophillia in this order kedarkanta trek, kuari pass trek, spiti trip, ladakh trip and the recent one was the bramhatal trek. The ride was great from and to dehradun. Food was nice too during trek. Had a great guide. most importantly i had a low budget and thrillophillia had great prices. couldn't have asked for more.

Thrillophilia did a good job in our kedarkantha trek. From Dehradun to Sankri we got a personal cab to travel. Also the team was regularly in touch with us in case we needed any help or to coordinate at the base camps. Regular phone calls to coordinate with the local team while starting and also after the trip ended was a thumbs up from my side. The package was reasonable and provided better service. Thumbs up to Thrillophilia team. Looking forward to go to more such adventure trips through Thrillophilia.

This time Thrillophilia just did commissioning job during Europe package. The package was executed very well by Europamundi. Thrillophilia disappointed me to the core. I only had to follow up for my package details. Even for getting invoice towards my package, they r asking me to login in app and raise a ticket. Wat kind of response is that. This time they had be very good to followup with payment only but left loads of doubt in back end followup. am very disappointed with Thrillophilia team. Thrillophilias services are degrading

Truly enjoyed our trip to Sikkim & Darjeeling Truly enjoyed our trip to Sikkim & Darjeeling. The itinerary was well thought off and our POC Himanshu explained everything quite well. The rooms had all the important amenities and our stay was comfortable. The Narula experience at Gangtok was great, Overall, it was a trip to remember and would recommend Thrillophilia to all.

We recently booked a tour to Singapore and Bali through Thrillophilia, and overall, it was a memorable experience. The booking process was seamless, and Thrillophilia did a great job organizing our trip. Singapore was absolutely wonderful—well-managed, clean, and safe with top-notch accommodations and activities. However, Bali was a bit lacking in comparison. We needed additional back support, which Thrillophilia promptly arranged. There was also an issue with the payment terms, as Mr. Tanishq was unable to fulfill the agreed terms, causing some inconvenience. Despite this, we resolved the situation. Thrillophilia also added some delightful complimentary activities such as a floating breakfast, candlelight dinner, and Balinese massage, which were the icing on the cake and made our Bali experience more enjoyable. Overall, despite minor setbacks in Bali, we had a great trip and would consider using Thrillophilia for our next adventure. Their service and support were commendable. Rating: 4.5 stars.

Thrillophilia & Back in Adventure Trek - SAR Pass Trek (June 1-5, 2024) - Review This review details my experience with Thrillophilia (facilitator) and Back in Adventure (ground service provider) for the SAR Pass trek in Kasol, Himachal Pradesh (June 1-5, 2024). Issues with Thrillophilia: * Communication Breakdown: Despite interactions with Arjun, Rohit, and Kumkum, information wasn't relayed to Back in Adventure, leading to unmet expectations. * Misinformation on Costs: Porter charges were nearly double what I was quoted, and Thrillophilia offered no assistance in resolving the issue. * Subcontractor: The trek was operated by Back in Adventure, a low-standard service provider for treks. * Double Sharing Discrepancy: Despite paying extra for double sharing, a single sleeping mat and substandard tents were provided, unlike what other companies offered. Issues with Back in Adventure: * Rushing Through the Trek: The guide prioritized reaching campsites quickly, neglecting the scenic beauty of the journey. * Minimal Time at Sar Pass: Disappointingly, only 5 minutes were spent at the summit, a significant letdown for a 5-day trek. * Unhealthy Food: Meals were excessively oily with no regard for a balanced diet, unlike other trekking companies. * Insufficient Food Portions: Food quantities were limited, and requests for more were often met with denial or judgment. * Lack of Nutrition on Long Days: An 8-hour trek with just one flatbread and two potato pieces is unacceptable. * No Warm-up/Cool-down: Unlike other companies, there were no pre-trek or post-trek stretches, increasing injury risk. * Missing Briefings: The guide neglected to provide daily briefings, even when requested. His overall demeanour was arrogant. * Safety Concerns: Spikes, crucial for snow sections, were not provided, leading to multiple falls and an ankle injury for a fellow trekker. This carelessness highlights safety lapses. * Hot Water Issues: Basic necessities like hot water were frequently denied, showcasing a disregard for trekkers' comfort. * Disregarded Medical Needs: Despite requesting a double sleeping mat for additional cushioning due to a medical condition, none was provided throughout the trek. * Missing First-aid Kit: The guide lacked a first-aid kit, a critical safety measure on any trek. Recommendations: * Avoid Thrillophilia: Due to their use of sub-par service providers and communication issues, I recommend looking elsewhere for trekking services. * Do Your Research: I encountered reputable companies like Kailashrath, Trek the Himalayas, and TSS during the trek. Research and compare before booking. * Get Everything in Writing: Confirm all details and inclusions in writing before starting the trek to avoid misunderstandings. * Prioritize Acclimatization: Choose a trekking company that prioritizes acclimatization before the trek. This is crucial for adjusting to high altitudes and preventing altitude sickness. * Safety First: Select a company that prioritizes your safety above all else. This includes providing proper gear, experienced guides, and a focus on well-being throughout the trek. I hope this review helps others choose a safe and enjoyable trekking experience.

Thrillophilia review This was the best trekking experience that I have had in my life! I had booked this trip via Thrillophilia. Even before the start of this trip, the agent (Shashank) with whom we had inquired about the trek was extremely helpful and patient while solving all our queries. He had given us all the necessary information regarding the trek in a very detailed and elaborate manner and I have to say, before the beginning of the trip, we already had a very good idea of what to expect on the trek. With the support and Thrillophilia and Himalaya shelter team, Everything was perfect and the trek was beyond my expectations (11/10). This review is not only based on my own experiences but also my trek team members with whom I had completed the trek: 1) Transportation- When we reached Dehradun at 5:30 a.m, the driver informed us that he will be present there to pick us up at sharp 7:30 a.m. However, when he was informed that many people are present at the pick-up point, the driver reached there at 7 am so that nobody has to wait for a longer duration. It was such a good gesture on the part of the driver as during that time, everything was closed in Dehradun and there wasn’t any place where we could wait for a longer period of time 2) Stay - The stay was very comfortable and the tents were of superb quality! After we reached sankri, a hotel with triple sharing was arranged with us which had all the modern accessories and the comfort of any good hotel. The washrooms were very good and the room was warm and cozy with multiple things such as night stands, cupboards, geaser facility etc. It was -3 degree temperature in Sankri at 9 pm but the room was cozy and we were provided with thick blankets because of which we did not feel the bitter cold in the night. When we reached our first campsite near Juda Ka talab, the tents were neat and spacious and were of good quality. After these tents were zipped, you could be assured that not even a small amount of the cold winds would reach the inside of the tents. Along with it, the sleeping bags were comfortable and were of free-size which was easy for everyone to get in and out and sleep peacefully. The tents were also located close of each other because of which it was very easy for all of us to interact with each other and navigate ourselves to the dining area and other places. 3) Food- Food is where I was surprised by the arrangements. Everyday we were served with the best quality of food which was full of flavours and had all the important nutrition ingredients required for us to complete the trek. There was variety in every meal and we were served the meals in a uniform order (breakfast, snacks, Lunch, evening snacks and subsequently dinner). Along with the meals, we were also served with deserts which were Gulab jamuns, Coconut barfi, seviyan kheer etc. which no one could have expected to get in such a place. 4) Trekking and guide experience- This is the most important part of the review. To complete the trek we were given Trekking poles (exclusive of the trip costs), Crampons and gators (at no extra costs) which were very helpful for us during trekking. In case anyone missed some important things during their packing (woollen socks, jackets, track pants) they could be purchased additionally from the rental shop available at the camp site. Every single day before we were set to begin the treks, we were given a thorough briefing about the trek, what all can you encounter and what to carry with you for the trek and I have to say that it was very accurate- we followed their instructions to the word and there wasn’t even a single moment where we found discomfort or felt that we do not have the appropriate gear for us to complete the trek with ease. It was a very challenging but safe trek and our guides - Surendra Rana sir and Thoiba sir were always there with us to ensure there isn’t any injury or accident that can happen to us during the trek. THIS EXPERIENCE WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN AMAZING WITHOUT RANA SIR AND THOIBA SIR!!! During the summit when we were extremely tired and were on the verge of giving up, they motivated us and gave us useful insights because of which we ended up climbing the top of the summit only because of their support and guidance. This was the best trek I have done so far and the credit goes to the team of Rana sir and thoiba sir and Priyal Ma’am from Thrillophilia. It was because of the trek that most of the members including me felt accomplished and satisfied with what we had seen and formed close bonds outside the trekking experience and are still connected with some of the members thanks to Thrillophilia 😉

It was my first winter trek at 12500ft. Everything about this trip was a perfect blend of thrilling and challenging. The trek was simply magical; the views from the peak left us wordless, the campsite was comfortable and rustic and we found a new family in our trek group.
