“I contacted Thrillophilia for 13 days/ 12 nights Bangkok-Pattaya-Hanoi- Ho chi Minh City tour (Thailand/Vietnam). Sales Team guided and customized my tour as I was interested to give more time in Vietnam. The Front desk Team done their job very nicely keeping consideration of my age. The entire trip went flawless. Hotels/ Transport/City Tour/ Package tour all went in time and smooth. “Worst experience, first of all they wont deliver what they promise the customer before making a payment.
Then they wont accept that items were missing from the itinerary until you submit watsapp/email/call proofs that the items were indeed promised.
After all this, when you will raise support ticket for resolution(since they do not have customer care number available), you will not get the resolution for months and they will keep delaying the refund.
Its been 6 months and with 6 support tickets I have still not received my refund which was agreed by them after submitting proofs.”

The trek itself was so much fun. Every day was different. We hiked through mountains, saw beautiful lakes, and even watched an amazing sunrise one morning.
