Same ticket I am not able to use and by new tickit same we already attached in mail. Because when I booked the ticket it was with pick up and drop included in the same.
Your employee sent pick up and drop service on time but they did not book Night safari slot time when i reach location then after i come to know my ticket slot was not booked. So I am going to buy a new ticket. same thing i convey to your team they did not give us proper answer for the same .
So, here we request you to refund my Night safari booking amount as early as possible because your team is not responding.

“I booked and paid a tour of the colosseum. The confirmation website is in broken english and does not work properly, so I had to do the process over email. The people responding back are trained to only converse with templates, and do not understand what you are saying, and their explanations are bad at the very least. Two days after my confirmation I get an email that the spots are not available and to choose different days, this does not work form me so I request a refund, because if you cancel nothing is refundable according to their policy. They ghost me after this and I get no responses, the only thing I could do with them at that point was to cancel my booking. The company is Indian and their grasp of customer service is limited to getting your money, any policy and information relevant to you, such as booking cancelation and when you will receive what you paid for is provided to you AFTER payment. they are a fraudulent outfit and the majority of their positive reviews are by bots and suspiciously by anonymous or Indian users. Make your own conclusion.”
“"Day1 - as expected we rested and getting used to climate. The food at La Buddha restaurant was good.
Day2 - Had local siteseeing. Places all are nearby but easily takes time till evening 4PM. Hall of fame with guide was very good. Always admire the landscape. It appears as thopugh wallpaper worthy pictures
Day3- Ride to Nubra. Sand dunes and ATV/Camel rides were highlight. Khardungla pass was very windy, hence were not able to spend much time. The accomodation was OK. food was good. They provided water bags for keeping us warm
Day4- Ride to pyongong was challenging as there was no proper road. But lake itself was awesome. People and staff were very good and even arranged cake on short notice for special moment
Day5- Travel back toLeh through Changla was very nice. But within afternoon we were actually done with schedule. Half day was time for ourself
Day6- visit to stock village is just 20 mins drive. leaving after 11am is advised and lunch was very nice.
Overall Day 5 and 6 had lots of free time. travelling around in leh with taxi is not cheap. Better to hire scooter on rental basis.
Overall it was nice experience and indeed memorable one. Driver was nice person but was challenging to communicate in hindi in some cases."”

“*The itinerary was good. As in all travel, covering everything would have have been a tedious task. The hotels booked were excellent with knowledgeable staff and commendable service. The guides allotted were aware of the places of visit and was flexible to our needs. My apprehension of traveling with two kids were calmed down along the way. With a few pitfalls, overall travel experience was satisfying and achieved as expected...A few suggestions are : 1. To guide to good restaurants for lunch and snacks which is not covered in the itinerary. 2. Better customised shopping experience. 3. Familiarisation with the Bhutanese culture and tradition, like songs, dances or any other form of cultural activities. Thank you*”
“Planned a family trip to Vietnam with Thrillophilia & our experience was really good. This was one of the best trips we had till date. Loved the experience. Definitely, I would recommend anyone to go ahead with it. Only one thing where I think airlines should improve their services: We had booked Indigo flight from Kolkata to Hanoi. Though its a budget friendly airlines but for the international journeys they must have some spacious flights. The seats were very narrow & lil uncomfortable. Also, there should be a TV screen so that family specially with kids can enjoy their journey. Hopefully, we will fly again very soon and would love to see changes.”
