“I had a wonderful experience at Gold coin last Sunday! The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. I especially loved the food—it was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The amenities like the pool, garden, and play area were excellent and added to the overall relaxing vibe. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again.”

“They just don’t seem to be bothered about customer service. I am struggling to get quote for spiti tour on email since last 2 days. Multiple people come on call when asked for manager escalation. But no one stands by their committment. In last 2 days have spoken to Aditya, Sahil and Ayushi from their Jaipur team. No one is bothered. They have enough customer bookings so they have no sensitivity towards customer service. Finally gave up now. Going with other tour operator”

“The itenary wasn’t prepared properly. We missed few amazing places and last day was a disaster as we weren’t told about the temple timings and we had yo extend our flights. Other than that everything else was good. Also we were told that there will be camping but no camping happened. I was expecting a group of youngsters but there were aged people who were not willing to do multiple things. It would be better if like minded or almost same age group people be grouped together. Overall the trip was good i found couple of like minded people who made the trip worthwhile. It’s just few things which can be improved.”

“The experience was far from what was promised. To start with, the bus provided was an A/C vehicle, but the A/C was never turned on during the 4-hour onward journey, and the windows couldn't be opened either. This left everyone inside feeling suffocated and extremely uncomfortable. The trek was advertised as not being a sunrise trek, yet we were made to start early without any clarification. There was also no formal communication about restrictions on carrying plastic items—including essentials like protein bars—which led to confusion at the starting point. The group size was supposed to be 15–20 people per guide, but we were a group of 54 with only one visible guide. Another guide was mentioned, but we never saw them during the entire trek. We were essentially left to navigate on our own, with no support except at the very beginning. Additionally, the pickup locations shared with us were inaccurate. We had to walk a fair distance to a different spot to be picked up, adding unnecessary stress to the start of the trip. Overall, the entire experience felt highly disorganized, poorly managed, and not at all in line with what was promised.”
