Actually the trek was very good and our guide Hari was motivating us to climb to the peak and all our colleagues climbed to the peak and the experience was mindblowing. The views were very good and the journey was tough a little bit. First day went very well but the second day didn't go as planned. The transport was not good and we were not reaching Bangalore by the given time and it was a headache for me because I came from pondicherry so I couldn't book my bus accordingly and I was going to miss the bus. Only thing that I did not like was, when we met 5 other people there in cab thrillophilia arranged. Post discussion I got to know that we paid so much of extra amount compared to other travel vendors providing the same facility.”
“Recently visited Manali through Thrilophilia. Manali is indeed beautiful but had disappointing experience throughout regarding stay. On arrival we had to wait for 4 hours for check in at the hotel. Hotel property was different yet good. So we didn’t complain. Kasol camps were really terrible. Itenary was not fine as the places mentioned. But thankfully tour guide Saurabh, driver divakar bhai were really good and helpful throughout the journey. Thrilophilia could do better on the terms of stays and itenary.”

“Apart from the bus being charged just double the actual cost, I regret taking Delhi to Delhi package, I should have taken only the land package ie. Kasol Kheerganga trek. Another pain was, no information was shared for the return bus, I had to call customer care and other peeps 10 times, one of the girls at their customer care, told us the bus departure time from Kasol 3 hours earlier, which we couldn't go to Manikaran; she told us the bus will leave at 6 pm, while it actually left at 9 pm. Harsh has tried to help, he tried his best to find out our return bus details.”
