“An order to be with me 4 weeks prior to my anniversary in 3-5 working days - wasn’t. I had to chase this. They told me an additional week. They contacted me after that week and once I complained they gave me a “generous” £5 off. They promised me I’d have it the following week overnight and still none - all the while pushing alternative watchers. I don’t believe they have the stock they say they sell and hope consumers after paying are caught out and have to go with one of there less popular watches. It’s the waste of my time more than anything. I’ve looked at all recent reviews and all say the same. Stay away!”
“I ordered a watch which stated 3-5 days delivery & would receive an email with my tracking information. On the fifth day I still had no tracking information. I emailed & they informed me there had been a delay in the order. I asked for the order to be cancelled & a full refund to be issued. I received an email confirming the order was cancelled. I’m waiting on a refund now”
“I ordered a Armani watch on Tic2Toc Us, it says shipping takes 1-3days arrive, but apparently is all bullshit! 2weeks later I didn’t recieve anything, so I checked tracking number, I found out this actually ship from UK not US! and my watch already being returned back to UK!
So, basically Tic2Toc US and Tic2Toc UK has no difference! Than why have another website? I start to thinking this might be a scam website!
So I start to sending email to them, I hope I can get my money back, cause the watch already being sending back to them! BUT! Nobody answering me, nobody answer the phone call, nobody answer the email, I litelery send 10 emails to them everyday, and I trying to contact the shipping website too, but nobody answering at all!
So I guess my money is gone, 250$, and yes, THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE!!!”
